Aircraft Pneudraulic Systems MechanicA WG-8268-10, AIRCRAFT PNEUDRAULIC SYSTEMS MECHANIC:Performs maintenance and operational and functional checks on assigned pneudraulic systems. Troubleshoots, removes, inspects, installs, repairs, modifies, rebuilds, and/or tests pneudraulic systems and components for aircraft pneudraulic systems, associated ground support equipment, and/or related test equipment. Accomplishes periodic and special inspections on hydraulic components. Inspects all components and subsystems for operation, internal, and external leakage and servicing. Operates portable test stands for checkout of pneudraulic system. Removes, installs, and/or repairs Pneudraulic components from aircraft and associated aerospace ground equipment. Removes, disassembles, cleans, repairs, assembles components, and tests completed unit. Operates test equipment for all hydraulic components. Inspects for cracks, scratches, nicks, and holes on seals, gaskets, packings, and hoses. Modifies systems and their components. Rigs, adjusts, and aligns hydraulic components to ensure maximum operating efficiency. Polishes cylinders and pistons to ensure proper fit. Investigates pneudraulic failures to determine causes and accomplishes corrective maintenance.Performs installation, modification, and/or repair of aircraft pneudraulic systems. Determines proper maintenance and repair procedures and minimum requirements pertaining to parts, clearance and tolerances, and performance characteristics of pneudraulic systems and related aerospace ground equipment. Solves unusual maintenance problems by studying layout drawings, schematic diagrams, applicable technical publications, and analyzing construction and operating characteristics of pneudraulic systems. Determines repair procedures necessary to correct defective equipment. Diagnoses recurring malfunctions and recommends corrective action by initiation of Quality Deficiency Reports, proposed modifications, or other appropriate actions. Performs Time Compliance Technical Orders (TCTOs) related to pneudraulic systems. Accomplishes local manufacture of hose assemblies and provides testing of aircraft tubing. Accomplishes hydraulic fluid sampling on assigned aircraft, test stands, and servicing equipment. Repairs in-flight refueling systems on tanker aircraft.Performs organizational and field level maintenance to include periodic, phase time, calendar, unscheduled, and special inspection. Provides technical assistance to other shops concerning complicated interaction malfunctions between other systems, subsystems, and components. Jacks aircraft to simulate flight configuration, connects power sources, and uses cockpit controls, gauges, and additional precision instruments to check the operation of such items as landing gear doors, ground and flight spoilers and steering and brake systems for performance and conformance to operating specifications.Prepares for and participates in various types of readiness evaluations such as ORI, IG and UE inspections, mobility, and command support exercises. May be required to perform such additional duties as structural fire fighting, aircraft fire/crash/rescue duty, serve as security guard, remove snow, load and handle munitions, launch/recover and service of aircraft, operate heavy equipment, maintain facilities and equipment, or serves as a member of a team to cope with natural disasters or civil emergencies.Other duties as assigned (temporary, minor, or incidental tasks)

HR Systems Analyst The HR Systems Analyst is responsible for the day-to-day administration, optimization, and support of HR information systems that impact payroll, workforce management, reporting, and employee data integrity. Reporting to the HR Systems Manager, this role supports and maintains assigned system areas and serves as a point of contact for HR system functionality, configuration, reporting, and issue resolution. The HR Systems Analyst plays a critical role in ongoing system enhancements, continuous improvement initiatives, and post-implementation stabilization efforts, ensuring HR systems operate effectively, securely, and in compliance with regulatory and internal control requirements. Essential Duties and Responsibilities HR Systems Management & Administration: • Support and maintain assigned HR system modules and functional areas (e.g., timekeeping, access/security roles, reporting, workflows). • Perform day-to-day HR systems administration including configuration, user access, permissions, and maintenance within established governance standards. • Monitor system performance and data integrity; proactively identify and resolve issues. • Coordinate with vendors and IT partners to troubleshoot integrations and system defects. • Evaluate system functionality and recommend enhancements to improve efficiency and user experience. Business Partnership & Requirements Analysis: • Serve as systems point of contact for HR stakeholders within assigned functional areas. • Analyze business needs and translate them into system configurations or enhancement requests. • Develop and maintain process documentation, functional specifications, and configuration records. • Partner with HR Systems Manager on prioritization and roadmap planning. Testing, Enhancements & Change Management • Support and coordinate testing efforts for assigned modules during upgrades, enhancements, and new functionality releases. • Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT), validate results, and manage issue resolution through deployment. • Support change management activities including communications, training materials, and rollout support. Reporting & Analytics • Build, maintain, and refine operational and management-level HR reports. • Ensure reporting accuracy and data consistency across systems. • Partner with HR leadership to refine reporting needs and improve data accessibility. Training & Documentation • Develop and maintain user guides, job aids, and system documentation. • Deliver training and ongoing support to HR staff and managers on system functionality and best practices. System Evaluation & Strategic Alignment: • Evaluate HR systems' alignment with organizational objectives. • Contribute strategic recommendations for system enhancements. • Provide data-driven solutions to support HR strategic initiatives. Compliance & Security: • Administer system access controls and conduct routine access reviews. • Ensure system usage aligns with internal controls, data privacy standards, and regulatory requirements. • Support audits and compliance reviews by providing documentation and system data. • Conduct systematic security audits according to organizational standards. • Collaborate with IT security to implement appropriate access controls and safeguards. • Ensure all systems maintain compliance with relevant data privacy regulations and policies. • Ensure control and protection of company assets. • Ensure compliance with: The Kalispel Tribe of Indians-State of Washington Gaming Compact, All KTOI, KTEA and NQRC policies, procedures and internal controls, NIGC Regulations, Other relevant governance requirements (PCI DSS, HIPAA, etc.) Supervisory Responsibilities No direct supervisory responsibilities. Education Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field required. Experience • 3+ years of experience in systems administration required, with HR Systems experience preferred. • Experience consulting with stakeholders to identify business and process needs. • Experience supporting system implementations, upgrades, or enterprise platforms required. Skills • Strong working knowledge of HR systems and HR business processes. • Experience owning system modules or functional areas. • Ability to analyze requirements, configuration systems, and troubleshoot issues. • Strong attention to data accuracy and internal controls. • Ability to manage competing priorities independently. • Experience with Dayforce Human Capital Management System. • Exposure to integrations or workflow automation. • HRIP, SHRM-CP, PHR, or related HR certification. • Experience supporting HR programs and initiatives through systems implementation. • Experience with go-live projects and system testing methodologies. • Knowledge of change management principles. • Experience with data analysis and report creation. • Proficiency in gathering and documenting business requirements. • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities. • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy. • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal. Other Requirements • Responsible for maintaining consistent, regular good attendance. • Work nights, weekends, and holidays as required. • Obtain and maintain Tribal Gaming License.
