Head Cashier The Head Cashier is a key member of the store team responsible for delivering Best of the WEST customer service while leading the daily operations of the front-end. They provide exceptional customer service, accurately process transactions, and serve as a resource for cashiers by assisting with training, answering questions, and reinforcing company standards. The Head Cashier helps maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked store while supporting daily store operations and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Duties and Responsibilities: • Support the "Cavender's Culture" and support the company's Mission, Vision, and Values. • Deliver Best of the WEST customer service by greeting every customer, engaging with them throughout their shopping experience, and thanking them for their business. • Accurately and efficiently process customer purchases, returns, exchanges, and other Point of Sale transactions. • Ensure merchandise accuracy by verifying items, checking for boot mis-mates, and following commission validation procedures. • Promote company programs, store promotions, and suggest complementary merchandise to enhance the customer experience. • Provide accurate and courteous responses to customer inquiries in person and over the phone regarding products, pricing, promotions, store locations, and inventory. • Train, coach, and support new and existing cashiers on Point of Sale procedures, cash handling, customer service expectations, and company policies. • Assist store leadership by monitoring front-end operations, answering cashier questions, and helping resolve customer concerns. • Help maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked sales floor by stocking merchandise, recovering displays, and completing housekeeping tasks, including dusting, mopping, and vacuuming. • Ensure merchandise is properly displayed, signed, stocked, and located according to company standards. • Remain attentive to store safety and security and promptly report concerns to store management. • Report to work on time and maintain a neat, professional appearance. • Understand and follow all company policies and procedures. • Assist with merchandising updates, price changes, special orders, and other assigned store tasks. • Any other duties as assigned. Responsibilities: • The Electrophysiology (EP) Technologist is a highly skilled allied health professional responsible for providing advanced technical support in the cardiac electrophysiology laboratory. • Working under the direction of the electrophysiologist, this role assists with complex diagnostic and interventional procedures including catheter ablations, pacemaker and implantable cardioverter-defibrillator (ICD) implantations, and cardiac monitoring. • The ideal candidate holds active registry credentials (ARRT, RCES, or RCIS) and brings demonstrated hands-on experience with EP procedures. Qualifications: Job Requirements: • Active registry credential in one or more of the following: • ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) — Cardiovascular Interventional (CV) or Radiography (R) • RCES (Registered Cardiac Electrophysiology Specialist) — via IBHRE • RCIS (Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist) — via CCI • 2 years of experience in a cardiac catheterization or electrophysiology laboratory • Strong working knowledge of cardiac anatomy, dysrhythmia interpretation, and electrophysiology principles • Current ACLS certification • BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care • Proficiency with fluoroscopy and radiation safety practices Preferred Job Requirements: • Direct EP laboratory experience with catheter ablation procedures (RF, cryoablation, or pulsed field ablation) • Experience assisting with or implanting permanent pacemakers, ICDs, and CRT devices • Familiarity with 3D mapping systems: CARTO (Biosense Webster), EnSite (Abbott), or Rhythmia (Boston Scientific) • Experience with subcutaneous ICD (S-ICD) and leadless pacemaker (Micra) implantation • Knowledge of EP recording software platforms (e.g., LabSystem Pro, Prucka CardioLab) • Experience with WATCHMAN LAA occlusion or structural heart procedures a plus • Previous charge tech, lead, or preceptor experience
