This is more than just answering phones—you'll be helping customers with online orders, product questions, promotions, returns, and creating a first-class shopping experience. What You'll Do As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will: • Assist customers with online orders and website navigation • Answer questions regarding products, promotions, orders, shipping, and returns • Resolve customer concerns with professionalism, empathy, and confidence • Research inquiries and provide accurate solutions • Navigate multiple systems and applications simultaneously • Deliver exceptional customer experiences through phone and other communication channels • Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction • Use critical thinking and problem-solving skills to find the best resolution for each customer What We're Looking For Previous customer service, retail, hospitality, or call center experience preferred Strong communication skills with a professional and friendly phone presence Comfortable using multiple computer systems, browsers, and applications simultaneously Ability to think on your feet and remain calm under pressure Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Positive attitude and willingness to learn Team-oriented mindset with a passion for helping customers High School Diploma or GED required Schedule Requirements Must live within one hour of High Point, NC Must be available to work between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM Required to work one weekend day each week (Saturday or Sunday) Holiday Availability Required Thanksgiving Day Black Friday Christmas Eve New Year's Day Pay: $16.50 per hour Benefits: Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Remote Work Opportunity Why Apply?
