The Team Leader is responsible for supporting Store leadership, delivering Legendary Service, coaching Team Members, and owning assigned sales-floor presentation areas. In the updated operating model, Team Leaders are expected to be top selling Team Members and have clear ownership of Power Panels, Clipstrips, Endcaps, Clothing recovery, and assigned BOPIS/ OMNI support based on store needs.
