Operational Team Member Location: Trusted Journey - Indianola, IA Compensation: $19.00–$21.00 per hour (DOE) Schedule: Full-Time Monday - Friday 11 am - 7pm Benefits: Industry-Leading Benefits Package No previous industry experience is required, we'll provide all the training you need to succeed. What You'll Do • Operate cremation equipment following established procedures. • Process and package cremated remains with accuracy and care. • Create memorial products such as paw prints and keepsakes. • Perform quality checks to ensure every order is completed correctly. • Maintain a clean, safe and organized work environment. • Work with teammates to meet daily production goals.
