JOB FUNCTION: As a Bakery Clerk, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our bakery department. Your expertise in assisting customers, preparing and packaging bakery products, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace is essential to our commitment in delivering high-quality baked goods. Shipping & Receiving Representative II The Shipping & Receiving Representative II is responsible for ensuring accurate and efficient order fulfillment of new or used product and equipment that leads to a high level of client satisfaction.Essential Functions • Perform daily receipt process by entering into company computer system from incoming UPS and truck shipments. • Perform daily shipping of new or used copier equipment or IT products. • Stage and prepare orders for delivery or UPS shipment. • Enter daily transfers or adjustments. • Perform local deliveries meeting client deadlines. • Ship parts for Technicians daily while meeting deadlines. • Conduct inventory cycle counts quarterly. • Provide backup assistance to other Shipping & Receiving team members when they are out including becoming cross trained in their areas. • Accurately maintain and comply with documentation and administrative procedures in a timely basis to include time entry process. • Attend required company and departmental meetings. • Act in accordance with Marco policies and procedures as set forth in the Employee Handbook. • Perform other related duties as assigned. Qualifications • High school diploma required. • Previous experience in a shipping and receiving or similar role preferred. • Valid Driver's License, proof of personal insurance, and an acceptable driving record. Production PlannerThe Production Planner is responsible for developing, maintaining, and executing production plans and schedules that balance customer demand, manufacturing capacity, material availability, inventory requirements, and business priorities. This role owns assigned production scheduling and SAP Production Planning (PP) processes and works cross-functionally with Operations, Sales, Forecasting, Purchasing, and other teams to support efficient production and customer requirements.
