Get to Know Your Team: • Hillcrest Medical Center is a 656-bed hospital that includes The Alexander Burn Center, The Peggy V. Helmerich Women's Health Center, Kaiser Rehabilitation Center, the latest technology for the treatment of cancer, and the Oklahoma Heart Institute. Responsibilities: • The Nuclear Medicine Lead is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all healthcare services within the Nuclear Medicine Department. • This position assists with operational, financial, and personnel management activities to ensure efficient department performance and high-quality patient care. • Under the direction of the Radiologist and Radiology Director, the lead provides clinical leadership to Nuclear Medicine technologists, ensuring adherence to established policies, procedures, and regulatory standards. • The role involves performing and supervising routine Nuclear Medicine procedures, maintaining quality imaging standards, and ensuring compliance with all radiation and physical safety protocols. • The lead exercises professional judgment in all aspects of work while maintaining a demeanor consistent with medical ethics and organizational values. • This position also maintains current knowledge of and compliance with ICANL accreditation standards to ensure ongoing accreditation and departmental excellence. Qualifications: Job Requirements • Graduate of an Accredited Nuclear Medicine Program. • ARRT(N), or NMTCB, or ASCP(N). • BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care. Head Cashier The Head Cashier is a key member of the store team responsible for delivering Best of the WEST customer service while leading the daily operations of the front-end. The Head Cashier helps maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked store while supporting daily store operations and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Duties and Responsibilities: • Support the "Cavender's Culture" and support the company's Mission, Vision, and Values. • Deliver Best of the WEST customer service by greeting every customer, engaging with them throughout their shopping experience, and thanking them for their business. • Accurately and efficiently process customer purchases, returns, exchanges, and other Point of Sale transactions. • Ensure merchandise accuracy by verifying items, checking for boot mis-mates, and following commission validation procedures. • Promote company programs, store promotions, and suggest complementary merchandise to enhance the customer experience. • Provide accurate and courteous responses to customer inquiries in person and over the phone regarding products, pricing, promotions, store locations, and inventory. • Train, coach, and support new and existing cashiers on Point of Sale procedures, cash handling, customer service expectations, and company policies. • Assist store leadership by monitoring front-end operations, answering cashier questions, and helping resolve customer concerns. • Help maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked sales floor by stocking merchandise, recovering displays, and completing housekeeping tasks, including dusting, mopping, and vacuuming. • Ensure merchandise is properly displayed, signed, stocked, and located according to company standards. • Remain attentive to store safety and security and promptly report concerns to store management. • Report to work on time and maintain a neat, professional appearance. • Understand and follow all company policies and procedures. • Assist with merchandising updates, price changes, special orders, and other assigned store tasks. • Any other duties as assigned. Qualifications and Requirements: • Ability to provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced retail environment. • Ability to accurately operate a Point of Sale system and handle cash and electronic transactions. • Ability to train and coach associates while promoting a positive, team-oriented work environment. • Ability to regularly lift, move, and position merchandise throughout the work shift. • Ability to safely use store equipment, including handheld devices, step stools, and dollies, in accordance with company policies. • Certain equipment may only be operated by associates who meet applicable age requirements. • Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on the needs of the business. • Ability to comprehend basic instructions, interpret documents, and apply them to daily tasks. • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. • Associate must be able to read and understand English. • Associate must be able to stay alert and productive during assigned work hours.
