What You'll Do • Represent the brand at festivals and events with confidence and enthusiasm • Engage attendees and drive product sales • Conduct lifestyle mixology classes and educate guests on creative drink preparation • Deliver outstanding customer service and build lasting relationships • Manage your own event setup, breakdown, and execution • Assist with light bartending while maintaining strong brand engagement • Collaborate with event organizers and fellow vendors to ensure smooth operations What the Role Requires • Outgoing, sales-driven personality • Excellent communication skills • Ability to work independently and confidently manage your own event • Basic knowledge of mixology and bartending techniques • Experience in event engagement or coordination preferred • Valid driver's license • Thursday–Sunday availability (majority of events fall on weekends) • Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions • Ability to lift and transport items up to 30 lbs • Flexibility to work at the distillery when not scheduled for events Compensation & Perks • $15 per hour base pay • Tips • Travel time pay • Performance-based bonus incentives • Opportunity to represent an exciting lifestyle brand • Work alongside passionate teammates and connect with incredible event fans • Be part of unique festivals and experiences instead of a traditional workplace
