We offer competitive wages and benefits including comprehensive health, dental and vision coverage, matching 401(k), paid time off and more.As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for managing processes for our warehouse inventory, shipping, and receiving.Job Duties:Responsible for activities related to picking, packing, shipping, receiving and restocking inventory of raw materials, fabricated parts, and equipmentResponsible for accurately posting transactions when moving productsPackage and label items correctly, safely, and in accordance with company policies and proceduresEnsure all cargo is loaded safely and in a manner that prevents damage in transitBuild wood crates or pallets by physically measuring and cutting lumber, for equipment to be shipped inInspect product for defects or damage; Report damage or missing inventory to management teamVerify inventory counts and physical inventory as neededOperate forklift, pallet jack or other equipment as neededOther general warehouse duties as assignedAssist with the organization and good housekeeping of the NCS facility (6S practices)Comply with all applicable OSHA, EPA, DOT, local regulatory laws, and company safety policiesManagement retains the discretion to add or change the duties of this position at any timeQualifications:High School Diploma or equivalent1+ year of experience working in a manufacturing environment, preferredMRP System and scanner experience, preferredExperience with data entry and general use on computer systemsExtreme attention to detailAbility to safely operate various hand and power toolsAbility to interact well with customers, vendors, and fellow employeesAbility to work in a team environmentAbility to work assigned hours plus overtime as neededPhysical Requirements:Ability to lift medium weight up to 50 lbsMay stoop, bend, reach, walk; perform repetitive motions using hands to grasp, push, pull or do fine manipulationsAbility to climb ladders safelyMay sit or stand for prolonged periods of timeNational Carwash Solutions is a proud equal opportunity employer.
