Customer Service / Data Entry Coordinator Position Summary: Provides administrative and clerical support to the Business Unit Manager and Customer Service team. Responsible for entering customer purchase orders into the ERP system, processing vendor invoices, maintaining order records, supporting production documentation, and assisting with customer inquiries and reporting. Key Responsibilities Enter and update customer purchase orders in the ERP system. Process vendor invoices and payments. Create job folders and maintain contract review documentation. Track and update customer orders, reports, and production records. Research and assist with customer inquiries, billing issues, and proof of deliveries. Support production by preparing work order packets. Maintain logs, scorecards, open order reports, and customer portals. Assist with quality alerts, continuous improvement initiatives, and special customer requests. Provide backup receptionist and phone coverage as needed. Perform other administrative duties as assigned. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required. 2– 5 years of customer service, administrative, data entry, or order processing experience. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office. Experience with an ERP system is preferred. Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
