Customer Service Representative – Relationship & Growth Focused | Print & Marketing Sir Speedy Longwood is a locally owned, nationally recognized printing, signage, and marketing company serving Central Florida businesses for more than 35 years. Our customers range from museums andnonprofits to contractors, manufacturers, healthcare organizations, and real estate firms. What You'll Do • Greet customers in person, by phone, and email • Manage customer projects from quote through delivery • Learn customer goals and recommend the best print and signage solutions • Prepare quotes, invoices, and work orders • Coordinate with production to ensure jobs are completed accurately and on time • Guide customers through proof approvals • Keep customers informed on project status and timelines • Build long-term customer relationships that generate repeat business • Identify opportunities to recommend additional products and services • Package and ship completed orders (FedEx, UPS, USPS) • Help maintain office and shipping supplies What Success Looks Like • Customers ask for you by name • Orders are accurate and organized • Production receives complete, clear job information • Customers stay informed throughout every project • You naturally identify opportunities to add value What We're Looking For • Service-first attitude with excellent communication skills • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines • Professional, dependable, and accountable • Comfortable discussing pricing and product options • Strong computer skills • Willingness to learn print products, materials, and software Preferred Experience • 3+ years of customer service experience • Print, copy, signage, or marketing industry experience is a plus • Experience with quoting or order management systems is helpful Pay & Benefits • $18.00–$22.00 per hour (based on experience) • Health insurance • Dental insurance • 401(k) with company matching • Paid time off • Paid training and professional development Why Join Sir Speedy? • Build lasting relationships with customers—not just process orders. • Work on a wide variety of interesting print, signage, and marketing projects. • Join a supportive team that values quality, accountability, and continuous growth. • Make a direct impact on customer satisfaction and the success of a respected local business.
