Remote Customer Service Representative (Full-Time / Part-Time)

We are seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Remote Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this work-from-home role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, assisting them via phone, email, live chat, or other communication channels. You will answer questions, resolve concerns, process requests, and ensure every customer receives exceptional service. Responsibilities • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, and other communication channels. • Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and account details. • Resolve customer concerns by identifying issues and providing timely solutions. • Process orders, returns, exchanges, cancellations, refunds, and account updates. • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary. • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions using CRM software. • Meet established performance metrics, including response time, quality, and customer satisfaction. • Follow company policies, procedures, and customer service standards. • Collaborate with team members to improve customer support processes. • Maintain the confidentiality of customer and company information. Qualifications • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education is a plus. • Previous customer service, call center, retail, hospitality, or administrative experience is preferred but not required. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Strong listening, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) and Google Workspace. • Comfortable learning and using CRM and customer support software. • Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and remain organized. • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment. • Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet home office.
