Customer Service & Office Administrator We are seeking a motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Customer Service & Office Administrator. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service via phone, email, and WhatsApp, as well as assisting with various administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the office. Key Responsibilities: • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp in a timely and professional manner • Handle customer service issues and provide effective solutions • Assist with administrative tasks including data entry, scheduling, and filing • Manage and maintain communications using QuickBooks, Constant Contact, and basic Google and Microsoft programs • Ensure all customer information is updated and accurate in our systems • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient office operations
