Fresh Cut Produce Clerk A Day in the Life: As a Fresh Cut Produce Clerk, you'll be hands-on with fresh fruits and vegetablesslicing, dicing, and packaging produce to perfection. You'll check for freshness, maintain clean and organized prep areas, and create attractive displays that delight our customers. You'll also assist with inventory management, restocking, and customer service. What you bring to the table: Food Prep Experience: Prior experience in grocery, food service, or produce prep preferred. Knife Skills & Safety Awareness: Comfortable using knives and other prep tools with attention to safety and precision. Freshness Standards: Ability to identify quality produce and follow food safety and handling guidelines. Customer Service: Friendly and helpful attitude with the ability to assist customers and communicate clearly. Ace StockerThis description is intended to outline the primary responsibilities, general nature and level of work being performed by teammates assigned to this position. It is not intended to be an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, duties, and competencies of the Ace Stocker. The incumbent may be assigned other duties and responsibilities.Responsible for ensuring product is stocked, rotated in accordance with company policy. Provides leadership and motivation within the dept to promote a culture reflective of Lowe's guiding principles, core values, and vision.- Keep dept shelves and other displays fully stocked and blocked/faced at all times according to tag allocation or department standards.- Follow procedures for price marking and restocking to ensure accuracy, proper product rotation and quality protection.- Follow procedures to ensure that all cartons are opened properly to control potential for damage to goods and handle damaged according to company policy.- Assist in ordering and maintaining inventory control, notify management of invoice errors and product shortages according to company policies and procedures.- Assist in the training and development of stocking teammates as assigned.- Assist/ or build store displays for maximum sales and turnover, display merchandise in a neat and colorful manner.- Must be able to unload trucks, breakdown load and stock product.- Must be able to perform other duties assigned.- Communicate and coordinate with Ace Manager to provide feedback from the store.- Control inventory levels to minimize over-stocks and out-of-stocks within the policy guidelines for the dept to maximize sales.- Maintain general housekeeping and sanitation standards in sales and storage areas. Warehouse Selectors pick orders for delivery to foodservice venues in the local community.This is a night shift opportunity starting at 6pm until work is completed.
