This is a field-driven, individual contributor role built around face-to-face relationship building, territory development, and in-person engagement with healthcare organizations. This is not a desk-based or primarily virtual sales position. Success requires maintaining a strong in-market presence — conducting site visits, meeting decision-makers in their environments, and building trust across the table. The Director of Sales is responsible for personally driving revenue growth through proactive outreach, territory coverage, and long-term relationship development.
