As the Manager, Platform Operations, you will drive the tools, processes, and operational practices that enable an efficient and effective Proposal Development organization. This role partners with leaders and stakeholders to improve workflows, enhance technology adoption, deliver training programs, and provide operational insights that support successful proposal execution. You will help shape a culture of continuous improvement while ensuring teams have the platforms, resources, and support needed to perform at their best. Roles & Responsibilities • Lead the administration, governance, and optimization of proposal platforms, including SharePoint, project management tools, and collaboration solutions, ensuring effective user adoption and operational efficiency. • Oversee the administration, maintenance, and governance of Proposal Development SharePoint sites and related Microsoft 365 platforms, including site architecture, content organization, permissions, access provisioning, lifecycle management, compliance, and periodic audits to ensure security, operational integrity, and optimal user experience. • Design, build, maintain, and support Power Platform solutions, including Power Automate workflows, Power Apps, forms, dashboards, and related automation capabilities that streamline business processes, reduce manual effort, and improve operational efficiency. • Design and implement process improvements that simplify workflows, improve consistency, and enhance proposal team performance. • Develop and deliver onboarding, training materials, workshops, and learning programs that build organizational capability and increase platform proficiency. • Create and maintain dashboards, analytics, and reporting that provide visibility into proposal activity, operational health, and performance trends. • Partner with leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to translate business priorities into actionable operational initiatives and scalable solutions. Required Qualifications • 5+ years of experience in proposal operations, business operations, program management, project management, or a related field. • 5+ years of experience developing and delivering training, onboarding, or enablement programs. • Experience administering and supporting collaboration and workflow platforms, including SharePoint Online and project management tools such as Asana. • Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, along with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Preferred Qualifications • Experience in Medicaid, healthcare, managed care, or proposal development environments. • Experience supporting request for proposal (RFP) or business development teams. • Experience with data visualization, reporting, and analytics tools. • Experience leading change management and technology adoption initiatives. • Project Management Professional (PMP), APMP certification, or similar professional certification. • APMP, Project Management, or related professional certifications preferred. Education • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $75,400.00 - $165,954.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. Operate a bucket near energized lines to remove branches and tree material. • Plans, coordinates, and assigns daily work for crew after receiving/interpreting orders from a General Foreperson/Line Clearance Supervisor. • Conducts field training/retraining, instructing crew on new or revised job units. • Enforces safe work practices, as experience, judgment, company policy, and OSHA specifies and conducts safety training in accordance with company policies and procedures. • Discusses with property owner/customer(s) issues such as obtaining access, power interruption, work to be done; refers controversial cases to the General Foreperson. • Obtains oral or written permission from property owners to perform required work. • Promotes and maintains good customer and public relations through effective completion of assigned work and the appropriate behavior of employees on the crew. • May be delegated the authority to investigate incident reports, damage claims, etc., and to settle minor damage claims. • Maintains accurate records, timesheets and reports related to the performance of the crew operation. • Furnishes General Foreperson and utility representative with reports of orders completed, units of work completed, crew time, minor damage repairs and distribution, etc. • Periodically furnishes reports on incidents, truck breakdowns, private property damage, new employee follow –up, etc. • Cooperates with customers, police, and fire departments when blocking streets or driveways. • Safeguards employees and the public from hazards in and around the work area. • Perform tree and bucket rescue. • Sets up barriers, warning signs, flags, markers, etc., to protect employees and safeguard the public from hazards. In emergency situations, determines action to be taken to eliminate hazards to life and property. • Inspects and makes or provides necessary repairs to tools, trucks, and other equipment. • Maintains good housekeeping on truck and at work location. • Responsible for DOT maintenance and inspection requirements on all required vehicles. • Keeps informed regarding new equipment, specifications, standard practices, operating procedures, and customer and company employee relations policies and practices, including EEO and AA policies. Requests repair or replacement, when necessary. • Performs other related work as assigned by superiors.
