Data Center Warehouse AssociateCoWorx Staffing Services is seeking a Data Center Warehouse Associate to play a critical role in the efficient operation of our growing data center environment in the Lincoln, NE area. As a Data Center Logistics Associate, you'll help ensure that critical equipment and materials are received, tracked, stored, and delivered accurately while supporting server rack assembly and installation activities. If you are organized, safety-focused, and ready to grow your career with an industry-leading organization, we'd love to hear from you.Responsibilities:Assembly and Installation Support: Assist with the installation and setup of computer server racks in accordance with project requirements and technical specifications. Assemble server racks by following diagrams, work instructions, and established installation procedures. Safely use hand tools, power tools, and equipment required to complete installation and assembly tasks. Support cable management, rack organization, and equipment staging activities in collaboration with senior technicians.Shipping and Receiving: Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with vendors, carriers, and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of materials and products. Prepare shipping documentation, labels, and packaging materials for outgoing domestic and international shipments. Unload, unpack, inspect, and verify incoming deliveries to ensure accuracy and compliance with purchase orders and shipping documents. Move inventory and materials using proper manual handling techniques and material handling equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts, while adhering to all safety procedures.Facility Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with company policies and safety standards. Organize storage areas, inventory locations, and shipping/receiving docks to support efficient warehouse operations. Assist with the collection, disposal, and recycling of packaging materials and decommissioned equipment following established procedures.Compliance and Safety: Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and operational guidelines at all times. Adhere to data center security requirements, access controls, and confidentiality standards. Maintain compliance with all operational, safety, and regulatory requirements while performing assigned duties. Support and Collaboration: Partner with data center operations, procurement, and technical teams to support inventory management, logistics activities, and operational requirements. Assist with special projects, process improvements, and operational initiatives as assigned. Perform additional duties as needed while maintaining a strong focus on quality, efficiency, safety, and customer service.Inventory Management: Receive, inspect, and accurately record incoming inventory, including server racks, server trays, networking equipment, and other hardware components.Desired Background/Skills:Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy materials, including server trays and server racks, in a safe and efficient manner.Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the duration of the shift.Ability to safely operate powered equipment used to position, transport, and move heavy server racks in accordance with established safety guidelines.Familiarity with proper lifting techniques and material handling equipment.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced work environment.Excellent communication and teamwork skills.Professional, positive, and safety-focused attitude.Flexibility to work overtime as needed to support business demands.Don't miss out on this excellent opportunity to join a hardworking, supportive team- apply with us today to get started!
