Customer Service Representative Mom's Meals, the leading national provider of refrigerated home-delivered meals in the healthcare market, is looking for upbeat, people-first individuals to join our team. In this role, you'll be one of the first friendly voices our customers connect with as they place meal orders. The starting wage is $17.00/hour with weekly pay, PTO, and benefits available after 30 days of employment. Work hours are Monday-Friday, 9:00am-6:00pm with the potential for overtime starting at 7:00am. This position will start on Monday, October 12th, 2026. Position Responsibilities • Handle inbound and outbound customer service calls with our clients placing their meal order • Address questions, and provide exceptional customer service • Input order information into the appropriate client order screen • Document all conversations with client into client information database • Ensure all assigned clients are contacted and have an order on file • Contact case managers via telephone, email, and/or fax when a special situation arises regarding one of their clients • Work quickly and efficiently without making the client feel rushed Required Skills & Experience • High school degree or GED • 1 year of previous customer service experience • Basic computer proficiency, including experience learning and using software in a work or school setting • Clear oral communication skills • Ability to deescalate situations and quickly resolve customer complaints • Prior experience adhering to company policies and showing core values Preferred Skills & Experience • 1 year of previous call center experience • Previous experience with auto dialer, multi-line phone system, and/or Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Teams • Previous experience working with HIPAA policies and procedures Physical Requirements • Repetitive motions that include the wrists, hands and/or fingers • Sedentary work that primarily involves sitting, remaining in a stationary position for prolonged periods • Visual perception to perform job including peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus Our Team Member Enjoy: • Free Breakfast & Lunch • Casual Dress Code • Tiered growth path for promotion starting Day 1 • Eligible for Referral Bonuses starting Day 1 • Weekly paychecks • PTO, 401k, & a Full benefits package Mom's Meals is a home-delivered meal service providing fully prepared, refrigerated meal solutions direct to homes nationwide since 1999.
