Patient Population / Client Focus In this role, you will primarily serve stable adults seeking counseling for a variety of mental health concerns. Clients are pre-screened to ensure that they are appropriate for teletherapy, which means you will work with individuals who are motivated and equipped to engage in the therapeutic process. This allows you to focus on delivering high-quality care without the complications associated with acute crises, thereby facilitating a more productive therapeutic environment. Qualifications • Master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution. • Must be fully licensed to practice independently in the state (i.e., LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, LMHC, or licensed psychologist). • No limited or provisional licenses; candidates must not have any disciplinary actions on their license. • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to express empathy and understanding towards clients. • Proficient computer skills, with an ability to navigate telehealth systems and online tools/frameworks effectively.
