Ensure appropriate and accurate routing of calls. • Dispatch emergency units and coordinate air medical flights as appropriate and per established algorithms. • Maintain documentation of calls and physician/service referrals for legal, medical and statistical purposes. • Follow up with referring entities for ease of access, marketing, evaluation, and quality improvement. What Minimum Requirements You'll Need Education: High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
