Our aim is for you to become a part of our project and accomplish your goals by our side.General Description: Assistant Store ManagerThe Assistant Store Manager is a key operational and leadership partner to the Store Manager, responsible for driving commercial performance, elevating the client experience, and supporting daily store excellence. This role plays a pivotal part in developing talent, ensuring operational precision, and upholding the brand's luxury standards. The Assistant Store Manager embodies a leadership style rooted in professionalism, collaboration, and a client-first mindset.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Business Performance & KPI ManagementDrive sales performance by monitoring KPIs, analyzing opportunities, and supporting the implementation of action plans.Support individual and team performance through coaching, real‑time feedback, and proactive goal alignment.Assist with scheduling, productivity optimization, and cost‑efficient operations.Client Experience & Relationship BuildingEnsure every client receives an elevated, luxury-level experience that aligns with brand expectations.Support the team in cultivating long‑term client relationships through clienteling, outreach, and personalized service.Oversee the growth and quality of personal and team client books, ensuring strategic follow‑up and loyalty‑building behaviors.Address and resolve client concerns with professionalism, empathy, and effective solutions.Conduct daily virtual fitting room pitches (per leadership directive)Continues ongoing education and product knowledge training; attends Train‑the‑Trainer sessions to further develop expertise.Leadership & Team DevelopmentServe as the Store Manager's strategic support, assuming full leadership responsibilities in their absence, including daily reporting, KPI monitoring, and action plan execution.Support recruitment, onboarding, and continuous development of store staff, ensuring every team member is equipped to deliver exceptional service.Provide consistent coaching on product expertise, service behaviors, and selling skills to strengthen team capability.Foster a positive, motivating work environment that encourages accountability, empowerment, and high performance.Operations, Compliance & Store StandardsEnsure all company guidelines, policies, and procedures are consistently followed.Maintain impeccable store presentation and housekeeping, protecting brand image (Visual Merchandise) at every touchpoint.Oversee stock management tasks including receiving, replenishment, tagging, and inventory accuracy.Maintain full accountability for cash handling protocols, opening and closing procedures, and consistent compliance with established requirementsAct as a role model for operational excellence, reinforcing internal procedures and brand standards.Ensure all corporate communications are reviewed daily, assessed for relevance and impact, and clearly communicated to associates in a timely manner to support alignment, awareness, and consistent execution of company initiativesBrand Representation & Product ExpertiseServe as a brand expert, inspiring the team with deep product knowledge and passion for the brand's heritage.Guide the team in presenting merchandise in a way that maximizes sell‑through and enhances the client journey.Support visual merchandising execution and product rotation to ensure alignment with corporate directives.Communications & PartnershipServe as a communication link between leadership and associates.Collaborate with peers and management to support store initiatives.Contribute insights and support boutique strategy and performance.Requirements:Minimum 3 years of retail experience, preferably in luxury, premium, or fashion retail.Proven ability to achieve sales goals and deliver exceptional client experience.Strong interpersonal communication skills and ability to connect authentically with clients.Excellent product‑presentation, styling, and storytelling abilities.Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and committed to luxury boutique standards.Ability to multitask, prioritize, and perform calmly in a fast‑paced environment.Strong POS accuracy and comfort with handling transactions.Professional, polished presentation aligned with brand standards.Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 35 lbs.Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak periods.Core Competencies:Commercial Acumen: Strong selling ability and proven capability to drive performance and results.Luxury Service Mindset: Delivers warm, personalized interactions that build loyalty and elevate the client experience.Leadership & Coaching: Provides clear guidance, constructive feedback, and consistent support to grow team members.Relationship Building: Develops authentic, trust‑based connections with clients and colleagues.Operational Excellence: Maintains exceptional standards in organization, accuracy, and daily store execution.Integrity & Professionalism: Acts with integrity, warmth, and discretion, preserving the brand's heritage and contributing to a positive culture.Health InsuranceVision InsurancePaid Time-OffFlexible Spending Account (FSA)Life InsuranceEmployee DiscountFor more information regarding our company and products please visit:Sociedad Textil Lonia Corp. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
