Subrogation Attorney Join Allstate's legal frontline and play a critical role in recovering losses and defending our insureds and the Company. As a Subrogation Attorney, you will handle auto and property subrogation matters from investigation through resolution, while also defendingbodily injury and property damage lawsuits. This role offers the opportunity to lead negotiations, litigate complex matters, and appear in court, arbitration, and mediation proceedings. You'll collaborate closely with claims partners and legal colleagues, contribute to strategic decision-making, and drive meaningful financial and operational impact through effective subrogation recovery and litigation outcomes. Key Responsibilities • Manage all aspects of auto and property subrogation litigation from investigation through resolution, including case evaluation, discovery, depositions, motion practice, negotiations, arbitrations, trials, and post-trial motions. • Investigate and pursue subrogation claims and litigation opportunities, including identifying liability, evaluating damages, and determining recovery strategies. • Contact and negotiate with third-party carriers to resolve auto and property subrogation cases efficiently and effectively. • Review new file assignments, approve initial pleadings, propound discovery, and develop litigation and negotiation strategies aligned with business objectives. • Maintain regular communication with insureds and internal clients, providing case updates, answering questions, and documenting communications. • Coordinate closely with claims teams to discuss litigation plans, conduct strategy conferences, and ensure consistent updates throughout the life of each case. • Review and analyze documentary evidence, including claims files, medical records, expert materials, and liability documentation. • Prepare witnesses, including insureds, clients, and expert witnesses, for depositions, arbitrations, mediations, and trials. • Conduct depositions and prepare detailed summaries and evaluations to support case strategy and resolution decisions. • Prepare for and conduct court appearances, including case management conferences, hearings, status conferences, settlement proceedings, and dispositive motions. • Try and/or arbitrate cases, including preparing motions in limine and drafting post-trial motions and briefs as needed. • Manage legal projects and caseloads effectively, ensuring collaboration and coordination across legal, claims, and support teams. Education • Juris Doctorate and active membership in good standing with the Texas State Bar. Minimum Requirements • 4+ years of attorney experience with a strong focus on auto and property subrogation litigation, including pursuing recovery claims and negotiating with third-party carriers. • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage a high-volume caseload efficiently. • Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a collaborative legal team environment. • Proficiency with legal research and case management tools, including Microsoft Office, LexisNexis, and internet-based research platforms. • Effective communication skills, with experience working alongside attorneys, paralegals, administrative staff, and claims professionals. • Remote position with a location requirement: Candidates must be based near one of our office locations in Dallas, Austin, Houston, McAllen, or San Antonio, TX, and be able to travel to courts and legal venues throughout their assigned service area as needed. POSITION SUMMARY The Director, OSM is a key leader within the Out-of-State Medicaid function responsible for driving performance, operational execution, and client outcomes across multiple teams. Sales process, Implementations, Project Go Lives, Business Reviews, and identify additional Cross Sell opportunities • Will oversee Client Success activities for designated clients. • Communicate and coordinate with EnableComp Leadership to ensure all job duties as assigned are executed professionally and timely in accordance with EnableComp standard. • Acts as an "ambassador" for a fast-paced, detail oriented supportive team by facilitating friendly, courteous, efficient, and well-presented service to assigned clients. • Manages KPI metrics including, but not limited to, customer surveys, scoring and client retention goals. • Reviews, understands and tracks assigned client's performance goals and meets regularly with assigned clients to review their status and progress with an emphasis on highlighting EnableComp's value proposition and ROI across product lines. • Generates EnableComp's monthly and quarterly reporting packages, delivers to assigned clients timely, and ensures they consistently reflect the pertinent EnableComp metrics and benchmarks. • Collaborates with internal teams to develop and implement client specific strategies and action plans for communication, resolution of open internal/external items and maximization of current and future revenue, including the identification of cross-sell opportunities. • Works closely with IT and Product Support teams regularly on file corrections, updates, and automation. • Schedules and attends regular meetings or conference calls with assigned clients to discuss status and reports and ensures the necessary EnableComp team members contribute appropriately. • Develops agendas and other presentation materials, create meeting summaries and generate meeting deliverables. • Assists Implementation with the roll-out of any process update/rollout initiatives and manage client deliverables post-implementation. • Manages and controls client obligations, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction at all levels of the organization. • Participates in internal client account review meetings (sales forecast, at risk, etc.). • Use of independent judgement and discretion as it relates to responsibilities detailed above. • Other duties as required. Requirements & Qualifications • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Sales/Marketing or other related field of study • Must have 7-10 years demonstrated experience in account management in the healthcare technology industry, specifically engaging hospital revenue cycle management. • Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered. • Experience with claims billing and IT/EDI systems preferred. • Experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce.com) • Must have strong computer proficiency and understand how to use basic office applications, including MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook). • To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
