The main responsibility of a Pizza Ranch Delivery Driver is to deliver the orders to the designated places on time. Punctuality and honesty are the attitude required from applicants for this position. Delivery Drivers are also expected to know how to read a basic road map or use a GPS system to find unfamiliar locations. The orders must be delivered right on time and given to customers in a very courteous manner. It is also expected from delivery drivers to make sure that the company's delivery vehicles are well maintained before and after the shift. Qualifications, Skills, and/or Competencies: • Must be 18 years of age or older. • Must have a driver's license valid under the laws of the state(s) where the team member works, acceptable motor vehicle record, and proof of insurance. We provide the vehicle. • May be cross-trained to perform other workstation duties within the restaurant as needed. • Ability to be mobile and/or on your feet for extended periods of time during entire shift. • Reaching, bending, stooping, lifting, wiping, sweeping, and mopping. • Ability to lift and carry weight up to 40 pounds. • Strong desire and ability to provide legendary guest service. • Ability to positively interact with Team Members and Guests.

Ace Hardware Stockers and Receivers are responsible for receiving shipments, unloading trucks, organizing inventory in the stockroom, stocking shelves, building product displays, performing inventory counts, and keeping the warehouse and sales floor organized. Overnight shifts focus on large shipments, stocking, and preparing the store for opening. The position may require lifting heavy items and operating pallet jacks. This position typically pays $16–$20 per hour, and overnight stocking shifts may include an additional $1–$2 per hour overnight pay differential depending on location. Shuttle Driver The Shuttle Driver is responsible for safely transporting passengers to their destinations while providing exceptional customer service. This role involves following scheduled routes, ensuring passenger safety, maintaining a clean and operational vehicle, and adhering to traffic and safety regulations. Terms of Employment: On-Call, as needed Position Criteria: • Valid Iowa driver's license, required • Class D (chauffeur) license with the "3" (passenger) endorsement, required • School Bus Driver Authorization, may obtain after hire Performance Criteria: • Operate the bus safely and responsibly on assigned routes, following local, state and federal laws and regulations and organizational policies. • Follow designated routes accurately, in accordance with time schedules and stops. • Perform routine operator maintenance to including but not limited to: pre/post inspections, sweeping interior, wiping upholstery, cleaning windshields, reporting equipment defects and presenting bus for maintenance. • Assist in providing the necessary safeguards to prevent loss of or damage to property, or failure of mechanical equipment. Report any mechanical issues to the operations department. • Greet and assist passengers withholding and uploading including those with special needs (e.g. wheelchair users in boarding and exiting the bus) • Maintain a friendly, approachable attitude and respond to passenger inquiries in a polite manner. • Enforce passenger safety rules, including the use of seatbelts (if applicable) and the restriction of unsafe behavior. • Maintain appropriate student behavior on the bus and report policy infractions as appropriate. • Adjust routes based on traffic conditions, weather, or emergency detours, and inform passengers of any significant changes. • Communicate with dispatch or supervisors regarding route changes, delays, or any incidents. • Monitor passengers to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. • Keep and handle all student information in a confidential manner. • Handle emergency situations appropriately and calmly, including assisting passengers in the event of an accident or other incidents. • Complete and maintain accurate records, including mileage logs, incident reports, and time sheets. • Report accidents, traffic violations, or other safety-related incidents to supervisors. • Participate in & complete all training pertaining to the job. • Assist operations department as needed and perform other duties as assigned.
