Deputy Prosecuting Attorney The salary for this position is: $6,825 - $13,188 monthly. The Thurston County Prosecuting Attorney's Office, Criminal Division, seeks an entry-level and/or experienced Deputy Prosecuting Attorney who demonstrates professionalism, integrity, and a commitment to public service. Successful candidates will bring strong legal skills, sound judgment, and a collaborative spirit to support the office's mission of pursuing justice, protecting the community, and serving victims with fairness and compassion. Duties include prosecution of District Court,Juvenile Court, and/or Superior Court cases, depending on level of qualifications. Under general supervision, incumbents in this position are responsible to perform a wide range of professional legal work consistent with the constitutional and statutory duties of the Prosecuting Attorney. The work includes legal research and analysis, document preparation or review, and prosecuting criminal cases in the name of Thurston County or the State of Washington. They exercise considerable legal discretion while working with minimal supervision. All Deputy Prosecuting Attorneys are appointed by and represent the elected Prosecuting Attorney in all aspects of their work. They are expected to conduct themselves in a high ethical standard and in accordance with their oath of office and the core values of the office. Essential functions may include, but are not limited to, the following: • Review and evaluate evidence presented in criminal referrals from law enforcement to determine if criminal charges should be initiated in accordance with office policy, ethical rules, and state law. Conduct all aspects of case prosecution including case management, legal research and document preparation, motion advocacy, plea negotiations and agreements, change of plea hearings, trials, and sentencing hearings. May be assigned cases with charges ranging from misdemeanor to felonies brought in District or Superior Court or other courts if required. • Provide legal advice to law enforcement with respect to ongoing criminal investigations and assist law enforcement in applying for search warrants, subpoenas, or other investigatory judicial orders. This includes responding to crime scenes at any time to better understand the scene and provide on-scene advice to investigators. • Responsible for all aspects of preparing charged cases for trial including but not limited to interviewing witnesses, examining physical evidence, trial strategy planning, bringing motions on behalf of the state and responding to defense motions, preparation of trial memoranda and exhibits, and other tasks as may be necessary to the presentation of the evidence. • Responsible for all aspects of trial work including the presentation of evidence and overall trial advocacy on behalf of Thurston County or the State of Washington. This work is done independently, with minimal supervision and involves the exercise of considerable professional discretion. • May be assigned to handle appeals filed by either party in any criminal case. This work includes but is not limited to legal research, brief writing, and the presentation of oral arguments in state or federal appellate courts. • May be asked to provide training presentations to attorneys and staff in the office, law enforcement officers, or other lawyers and legal staff on behalf of other organizations such as the Washington Association of Prosecuting Attorneys. • May lead or supervise other attorneys or legal support staff. Physical demands include frequent keyboarding and occasionally will be required to stand and/or sit for long periods of time, traveling between court rooms and different locations, reach for objects, and fine manipulation. Physical effort is required at the work location due to occasional heavy lifting up to 20 lbs. May occasionally attend crime scenes. • Schedule - Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Workload demands may require work outside the assigned work hours. Positions in this classification may be considered essential personnel. POSITION SUMMARY The Manager, Demand Generation owns EnableComp's demand generation engine - planning and executing the multi-channel campaigns that build pipeline, and, as our first dedicated content hire, creating the blog posts, ebooks, landing pages, and nurture content those campaigns run on. This role builds on the technical infrastructure the GTM Engineer maintains and the positioning the Director, Product Marketing sets, translating both into campaigns that generate and nurture qualified leads. Reporting to the VP, Marketing, the Manager will partner closely with Product Marketing, the Commercial Enablement Director, the Manager of Event Marketing & Strategic Partnerships, and the SDR function to ensure a consistent, well-coordinated path from first touch to qualified pipeline. This is an individual contributor role with no direct reports at this time. The Job Responsibilities Include • Plan, build, and execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns across email, paid social, SEM, retargeting, and organic channels. • Own marketing-sourced pipeline targets and report on campaign performance against revenue goals. • Manage the demand generation budget, tracking spend against ROI and reallocating based on channel performance. • Own funnel content end-to-end: blog posts, ebooks/guides, landing pages, and nurture email copy that fuel campaigns - this is our first dedicated content hire, so the expectation is building the engine, not just staffing it. • Ensure all campaign content reflects current positioning and messaging maintained by the Director, Product Marketing. • Establish a scalable, repeatable content calendar and production workflow. • Build and manage lead nurture email programs and campaign workflows inside HubSpot, working within the lead scoring and account routing logic the GTM Engineer designs and maintains. • Partner with the GTM Engineer on campaign-specific automation needs and data requirements, without owning the underlying tech stack, integrations, or scoring/routing architecture. • Monitor and troubleshoot campaign-level workflow issues, escalating systemic or infrastructure issues to the GTM Engineer. • Partner with the Manager, Event Marketing & Strategic Partnerships on webinar and event promotion strategy, registration goals, and post-event lead nurture (Events owns strategy, logistics, and execution; Growth Marketing owns the pipeline goals and follow-up). • Partner with the Director, Product Marketing to ensure campaigns and content reflect current narrative, positioning, and competitive messaging. • Partner with the SDR function on lead handoff, MQL quality feedback, and conversion tracking. • Analyze campaign and content performance data to identify what's working, kill what isn't, and continuously optimize for MQL volume, conversion rate, and cost per acquisition. • Stay current on emerging channels and AI-powered marketing/content tools, piloting new tactics to keep programs ahead of the curve. • Other duties as assigned. Position Summary The Client Delivery Manager is a client-facing role responsible for independently managing operational alignment, performance consulting, and issue resolution for assigned client accounts. The Client Delivery Manager serves as a trusted operational advisor to clients, translating complex operational data into clear insights, recommendations, and action-oriented narratives. This role partners closely with Revenue Services, Client Success, Implementation, and other internal teams to drive alignment across the client lifecycle, while escalating strategically to the Client Alignment Director as needed. Key Responsibilities • Independently own operational alignment for assigned client accounts • Develop a deep working knowledge of client contracts, SLAs, service-line scope, workflows, and operational dependencies • Translate operational performance data into meaningful narratives that clearly articulate drivers, risks, and opportunities • Proactively identify trends, risks, and misalignment across the client lifecycle and recommend corrective actions • Partner with clients to align operational expectations with internal capabilities and constraints • Monitor operational performance indicators and inventory health to identify emerging issues or deviations • Lead structured root cause analysis efforts in partnership with Revenue Services and other internal teams • Develop clear, outcome-oriented action plans with defined ownership, sequencing, and follow-up • Track action plan progress and validate effectiveness over time • Exercise sound judgment in determining when and how to escalate issues, providing clear context, analysis, and recommended paths forward • Own preparation and facilitation of monthly operational reviews and recurring client touchpoints • Develop agendas, reporting narratives, and discussion materials tailored to client priorities • Lead client discussions with confidence, professionalism, and consultative presence • Document meeting outcomes, decisions, and action items, ensuring clear follow-through • Serve as a consistent and reliable operational presence for assigned client accounts • Partner closely with Revenue Services leadership and operational teams to understand performance drivers and constraints • Coordinate with Client Success, Implementation, Product, and Technology teams to support alignment across the client lifecycle • Lead internal account reviews and ensure internal stakeholders are aligned on priorities, risks, and commitments • Advocate for client needs while balancing enterprise standards and scalability • Ensure accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, escalations, and decisions in CRM and internal systems • Apply Client Alignment methodologies and standards consistently across assigned accounts • Identify recurring themes, systemic issues, or improvement opportunities across the client portfolio • Contribute to process improvement initiatives, workflow refinement, and documentation updates • Support onboarding and knowledge transfer for new team members as needed • Other duties as assigned Requirements and Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Operations, or a related field required • 3-5 years of experience in healthcare operations, revenue cycle, client-facing roles, or related environments • Foundational understanding of operational workflows, data interpretation, and client support models • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey operational information clearly • Demonstrated ability to independently manage client relationships and operational discussions • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insight • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including client-facing presentation experience • Proven ability to influence without authority in cross-functional environments • Timely and regular attendance • Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered • To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
