Target earnings: $55,000 to $100,000+ As a Leaf Home Field Sales Representative, you will provide potential customers with your expertise and educate them on the benefits of LeafFilter gutter protection and gutter replacement. Through a quick home inspection from the street, we will teach you how to identify potential homeowner challenges for which Leaf Home has the solution. Primary Responsibilities • Generate sales leads for our outside sales team by covering an assigned territory each day, canvassing and engaging prospective customers at their homes to discuss Leaf Home products. • Utilize a consultative selling approach to educate consumers on the benefits of Leaf Home products and gather information for the sales team to follow up and schedule an in-person product demonstration. • Report daily results to the field management team and develop collaborative working relationships with other sales representatives. • Ensure high-quality and accurate representation of Leaf Home products by representing the company professionally and ensuring that potential customers have an exceptional experience. • While performing the duties of this job, you must be able to work outdoors daily with exposure to the elements. • Ability to walk and stand for extended periods is required. Experience and Minimum Qualifications • High school diploma or equivalent. • Valid driver's license and a reliable personal vehicle. • Ability to work evenings and weekends. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate articulately with internal and external stakeholders at all levels. • Highly motivated to sell, with a self-driven desire to meet and exceed goals. • Customer-focused and results-oriented. • Professional demeanor and attire. About the Role: We're looking for enthusiastic, energetic, and self-motivated team players with at least 2 years of customer-facing experience to: • Deliver vehicles straight to customers' doors with our custom car haulers (don't worry - a commercial license is not required to drive the hauler and you will receive ample training) • Frequently load/unload vehicles onto the hauler (this part does require getting physical!) and regularly inspect the car-hauler to make sure the vehicle maintains safe to drive • Complete customer paperwork and include thorough notes in our customer tracking system • Consistently drive safe and maintain a clean driving record in accordance with Carvana's CMV Driver Qualification policy. * Candidates must be able to satisfy state-specific requirements related to access DMV/title and registration systems. * Illinois, Michigan, Louisiana, and Missouri employees must obtain a Chauffeur's license or any other state specialty license within the first two weeks of employment (process sponsored by Carvana). * California employees must obtain a Vehicle Verifier license within the first 90 days of employment (Process sponsored by Carvana). General qualifications and requirements • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks like detailing vehicles and loading/unloading vehicles onto our haulers in indoor and outdoor conditions with occasional exposure to inclement/extreme weather (some markets may require deliveries to be made in the snow, while other markets require deliveries to be made in the summer heat) . • Ability to walk/stand and sustain physical activity for extended periods of time (8+ hours) • Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English • Requires high and low levels of movement with the ability to reach with arms, twist, kneel, crouch, climb, balance, and squat • Requires the grasping, carrying, lifting, pushing, and pulling of items of 50lbs. • Frequent driving requires excellent visual acuity and manual dexterity.
