Compensation: $30.32 per hour (+ $2/hr shift differential) Schedule: 3rd shift, Sunday - Thursday 11:00 p.m. -7:00 a.m. A Brief Summary of This Position: This position reports to the Quality Supervisor or Quality Manager. The NDT Inspector - Associate will evaluate the assembly of fabricated materials by dimensional checks, visual inspection of welds and conduct nondestructive testing by ultrasonic, mag particle, and liquid penetrant processes, with knowledge working under a fully certified Level II Inspector. Responsible for coordination of the Quality area to meet production goals. Completes daily paperwork. Demonstrates a commitment to quality, productivity, safety and environmental policies. Responsible for communication within the work group ensuring teamwork and a productive work environment. Working with the production supervisor to maintain workflow of the area and report issues to the supervisor. Evaluate examination results and determine if material meets contract specifications. Responsible for generating and maintaining NDT reports and records for company and contractors. Essential Functions: • Responsible for testing and evaluation, with absolute integrity, of products to ensure conformance to company and customer specifications • Makes decision in the area of codes (includes AWS D1.1) and specifications under the guidance of a NDT Inspector - Intermediate. • Interprets reports for NDT and evaluates quality acceptance under the guidance of a fully certified NDT Inspector – Intermediate. • Has the authority to reject material, stop work in process etc. to minimize financial loss and risk of customer dissatisfaction. • Works under production conditions with accurate performance and completion of work within set time limits • Accountable and responsible for essential tools and equipment provided along with the maintenance of these tools and equipment • Actively participate in department safety, demonstrate excellent safety practices and behaviors which conform to all Valmont safety policies and procedures • Maintain timely and consistent attendance • This position reports to the Quality Supervisor or Quality Manager and has no direct reports. Required Qualifications of Every Candidate (Education, Experience, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities): • High School diploma and 5+ years of work/educational experience or Associates Degree with 2+ years' experience or Bachelor's Degree • 2 years' experience in fabricated steel environment • Ability to perform basic mathematic calculations, including conversion of fractions to decimals • Ability to use basic measuring tools, such as tape measure, calipers, fillet weld gauges, and levels (digital and conventional) to ensure dimensional accuracy. • Level I NDT certifications or be able to obtain Level I certification within 90 days. • Ability to operate NDT testing equipment. • Ability to work effectively with plant employees, supervisors, management and customers. • Ability to prioritize work in order to complete deadlines. POSITION SUMMARY The Director, OSM is a key leader within the Out-of-State Medicaid function responsible for driving performance, operational execution, and client outcomes across multiple teams. This role oversees Managers, Supervisors, and Revenue Specialists, ensuring alignment of day-to-day operations with departmental strategy, revenue targets, and client expectations. POSITION SUMMARY The Manager, Demand Generation owns EnableComp's demand generation engine - planning and executing the multi-channel campaigns that build pipeline, and, as our first dedicated content hire, creating the blog posts, ebooks, landing pages, and nurture content those campaigns run on. This role builds on the technical infrastructure the GTM Engineer maintains and the positioning the Director, Product Marketing sets, translating both into campaigns that generate and nurture qualified leads. Reporting to the VP, Marketing, the Manager will partner closely with Product Marketing, the Commercial Enablement Director, the Manager of Event Marketing & Strategic Partnerships, and the SDR function to ensure a consistent, well-coordinated path from first touch to qualified pipeline. This is an individual contributor role with no direct reports at this time. The Job Responsibilities Include • Plan, build, and execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns across email, paid social, SEM, retargeting, and organic channels. • Own marketing-sourced pipeline targets and report on campaign performance against revenue goals. • Manage the demand generation budget, tracking spend against ROI and reallocating based on channel performance. • Own funnel content end-to-end: blog posts, ebooks/guides, landing pages, and nurture email copy that fuel campaigns - this is our first dedicated content hire, so the expectation is building the engine, not just staffing it. • Ensure all campaign content reflects current positioning and messaging maintained by the Director, Product Marketing. • Establish a scalable, repeatable content calendar and production workflow. • Build and manage lead nurture email programs and campaign workflows inside HubSpot, working within the lead scoring and account routing logic the GTM Engineer designs and maintains. • Partner with the GTM Engineer on campaign-specific automation needs and data requirements, without owning the underlying tech stack, integrations, or scoring/routing architecture. • Monitor and troubleshoot campaign-level workflow issues, escalating systemic or infrastructure issues to the GTM Engineer. • Partner with the Manager, Event Marketing & Strategic Partnerships on webinar and event promotion strategy, registration goals, and post-event lead nurture (Events owns strategy, logistics, and execution; Growth Marketing owns the pipeline goals and follow-up). • Partner with the Director, Product Marketing to ensure campaigns and content reflect current narrative, positioning, and competitive messaging. • Partner with the SDR function on lead handoff, MQL quality feedback, and conversion tracking. • Analyze campaign and content performance data to identify what's working, kill what isn't, and continuously optimize for MQL volume, conversion rate, and cost per acquisition. • Stay current on emerging channels and AI-powered marketing/content tools, piloting new tactics to keep programs ahead of the curve. • Other duties as assigned. Position Summary The Senior Client Delivery Manager is a senior, client-facing operational consulting role responsible for delivering advanced operational insight, strategic guidance, and executive-level delivery for assigned client accounts. Position Summary The Client Delivery Manager is a client-facing role responsible for independently managing operational alignment, performance consulting, and issue resolution for assigned client accounts. The Client Delivery Manager serves as a trusted operational advisor to clients, translating complex operational data into clear insights, recommendations, and action-oriented narratives. This role partners closely with Revenue Services, Client Success, Implementation, and other internal teams to drive alignment across the client lifecycle, while escalating strategically to the Client Alignment Director as needed. Key Responsibilities • Independently own operational alignment for assigned client accounts • Develop a deep working knowledge of client contracts, SLAs, service-line scope, workflows, and operational dependencies • Translate operational performance data into meaningful narratives that clearly articulate drivers, risks, and opportunities • Proactively identify trends, risks, and misalignment across the client lifecycle and recommend corrective actions • Partner with clients to align operational expectations with internal capabilities and constraints • Monitor operational performance indicators and inventory health to identify emerging issues or deviations • Lead structured root cause analysis efforts in partnership with Revenue Services and other internal teams • Develop clear, outcome-oriented action plans with defined ownership, sequencing, and follow-up • Track action plan progress and validate effectiveness over time • Exercise sound judgment in determining when and how to escalate issues, providing clear context, analysis, and recommended paths forward • Own preparation and facilitation of monthly operational reviews and recurring client touchpoints • Develop agendas, reporting narratives, and discussion materials tailored to client priorities • Lead client discussions with confidence, professionalism, and consultative presence • Document meeting outcomes, decisions, and action items, ensuring clear follow-through • Serve as a consistent and reliable operational presence for assigned client accounts • Partner closely with Revenue Services leadership and operational teams to understand performance drivers and constraints • Coordinate with Client Success, Implementation, Product, and Technology teams to support alignment across the client lifecycle • Lead internal account reviews and ensure internal stakeholders are aligned on priorities, risks, and commitments • Advocate for client needs while balancing enterprise standards and scalability • Ensure accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, escalations, and decisions in CRM and internal systems • Apply Client Alignment methodologies and standards consistently across assigned accounts • Identify recurring themes, systemic issues, or improvement opportunities across the client portfolio • Contribute to process improvement initiatives, workflow refinement, and documentation updates • Support onboarding and knowledge transfer for new team members as needed • Other duties as assigned Requirements and Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Operations, or a related field required • 3-5 years of experience in healthcare operations, revenue cycle, client-facing roles, or related environments • Foundational understanding of operational workflows, data interpretation, and client support models • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey operational information clearly • Demonstrated ability to independently manage client relationships and operational discussions • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insight • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including client-facing presentation experience • Proven ability to influence without authority in cross-functional environments • Timely and regular attendance • Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered • To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
