It is imperative that these associates portray empathy and kindness to our clients. The Compliance Department is open Monday-Friday from 8:00am to 6:00pm. Our ideal candidate will be able to work anytime during those business hours. This position will be $18.00/hour and after 90 days of employment you will receive a $250 sign-on bonus! Responsibilities • Accepting inbound calls and placing outbound calls. • Gather medical treatment documentation. • File review and analysis identifying actionable tasks to build medical documentation. • Communicate with medical providers to confirm and/or follow up on client treatment. • Communicate with existing clients to gather treatment details. • Enter information in the applicable system/software with accuracy. • Compose email correspondence to providers, and legal staff. • Work with leadership and other team members to deliver high quality service and great working environment. Qualification • High school diploma or GED is required; college preferred. • Ability to communicate professionally and effectively. • Used to adapting in an ever-changing environment and handling multiple priorities. • Able to multitask and learn quickly. • Must thrive in a team environment. • Reliable and dependable. • Excellent comprehension and critical-thinking skills. • Ability to type at least 35 WPM with excellent writing skills while navigating through multiple software applications. • Highly organized with the ability to juggle multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment. • Prior medical or case management experience (preferred not required).
