Toppers Wanted Just Salad is seeking Toppers that will join our team. Under the general direction of the Restaurant Team Leader, Toppers will focus on guest interactions and preparing their orders in the front of house of our operations. In line with Just Salad's mission to make everyday health and sustainability possible, you will also support initiatives to reduce Just Salad's environmental footprint. Toppers Report to: Store's Restaurant Team Leader We are looking for people who: • Make focusing on the guest a top priority • Are open to learning and following (great leaders learn to follow first) • Are willing to adapt in a growing and ever changing environment • Open availability preferred Topper's Daily Responsibilities: • Provides excellent customer service to Just Salad guests • Fills out order ticket clearly and accurately • Assists with digital orders as needed • Tops salads and wraps • Restocks toppings and lettuce as needed • Practices FIFO (First in First out) • Cleans the line • Sweeps floor during shift • Completes assigned tasks • Works as Name Taker if needed • Cleans, re-stocks and breaks down topping line at the end of shift • Follow food safety and quality standards. • Support programs to minimize Just Salad's environmental footprint including food waste reduction, recycling, composting and more. They collect, translate, transcribe and analyze foreign language communications, providing critical intelligence to inform national security, tactical operations and strategic decision-making. CTIs possess deep cultural understanding alongside their language expertise, directly supporting Fleet and Joint Force commanders worldwide in diverse operational environments. What You'll Do • Operate advanced radio receivers, recording devices, computer terminals and communications systems. • Translate, interpret and transcribe foreign language communications data. • Analyze and report highly technical intelligence for fleet commanders and national intelligence agencies. • Work with classified material and advanced artificial intelligence and machine learning systems. • Perform temporary duty aboard Navy surface ships and submarines, based on assignment requirements. What to Expect CTIs have an intellectually demanding career focused on language, analysis and classified information. Most assignments are at shore-based Centers of Excellence, with opportunities for temporary duty aboard surface and subsurface platforms. Work Environment CTIs normally work in office or fast-paced operational environments. Depending on the assignment, they may work independently, in small teams or as part of a larger workcenter. Some assignments may support ships, submarines or Naval Special Warfare. Training and Advancement After Recruit Training, CTIs complete two phases of Navy "A" School: 1. Phase I, Foreign Language Training Defense Language Institute, Monterey, California Approximately 48 - 64 weeks Sailors receive comprehensive instruction in a primary foreign language. 2. Phase II, Cryptologic Linguistic Training Information Warfare Training Center Monterey Detachment Goodfellow, Goodfellow Air Force Base, Texas Approximately 13 to 19 weeks Sailors develop technical and analytical cryptologic language skills. CTIs also attend annual language-maintenance courses and may have opportunities for intermediate or advanced language instruction throughout their careers. Languages CTIs learn one of six primary languages and can earn up to $1,000 per month in foreign language proficiency pay: • Arabic • Chinese Mandarin • Korean • Persian-Farsi • Russian • Spanish Education Opportunities Phase I language training earns Sailors significant undergraduate academic credit. After completing general education requirements, Sailors may apply for an associate degree in their language of study. Advanced training may support bachelor degree opportunities. Deputy Chief Compliance Officer The Deputy Chief Compliance Officer reports directly to the Chief Compliance Officer and supports the retail business lines of StoneX Wealth Management. This role is responsible for assisting in the design, implementation, and oversight of compliance programs across both broker-dealer and investment advisory operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and writing skills, advanced analytical capabilities, and significant experience using Microsoft Excel for data management and regulatory reporting. The role requires the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment. Responsibilities • Provide guidance to employees on compliance with the Code of Ethics (COE), Written Supervisory Procedures (WSPs), and applicable regulatory requirements • Assist the CCO in coordinating and executing annual compliance reviews, including FINRA Rule 3120 and Advisers Act Rule 206(4)-7 reviews • Perform recurring compliance monitoring and reporting functions, including review of surveillance reports, exception reporting, and supervisory controls • Review supervisory activities related to advisory programs to ensure adherence to internal policies and regulatory standards • Assist in drafting, reviewing, and maintaining regulatory disclosures, including Form CRS and Form ADV (Part 2 and Part 3) • Prepare and file regulatory submissions for RIA entities and affiliated firms, including Forms ADV (1A), ADV-E, 13F, NP-X, 13H, and other required filings • Review and approve marketing materials and internal communications for regulatory compliance, as needed • Conduct regulatory research and assist in preparing responses to regulatory inquiries, audits, and examinations • Assess and evaluate daily operations and implement automation where appropriate to streamline operating functions. Collaborate with cross functional compliance, AML and supervision teams to support daily initiatives • Supervise staff that supports both investment advisory and broker dealer compliance initiatives • Perform additional duties as required to support the compliance function and broader business needs Qualifications • Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience required • FINRA Series 7 and Series 24, Series 65 or 66 required; • Minimum of 5 years of compliance or related financial services experience preferred • Strong knowledge of broker-dealer and investment adviser operations, including: • Trading and custody processes • Account onboarding and maintenance • Billing and performance reporting systems • Working knowledge of the Investment Advisers Act of 1940 and related rules • Ability to interpret and apply regulatory requirements to business practices and assist in developing compliant policies and procedures • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Access or other data tools a plus) • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines • Proven ability to build effective working relationships across business lines • Leadership skills with the ability to delegate, guide, and mentor others in a professional and ethical manner Hiring Salary Range $120,000 - $170,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity and alignment with market data.) Subject to business performance and recommendations of management, this role may be eligible to participate in an incentive compensation plan.
