Duties Serves as a first level supervisor for assigned staff and assists the Director in the supervision of the day-to-day operation of the program/activity. The incumbent reports and works directly with the Director with minimum supervision. Assists with providing program oversight and accountability for the performance of employees, the safety of children, and customer needs. Supervises staff to include assigning work, conducting performance reviews, and approving leave. Establishes local performance standards for employees and volunteers using established standards and requirements and rates employees' performance. Ensures facility complies with health, fire, safety, USDA, and program regulatory guidance and standards. Observes program participants and identifies signs of illness, abuse or neglect, emotional distress, and follows mandated reporting protocols. In conjunction with the Director ensures compliance with standards, criteria, and laws to obtain and retain DoD certification and national accreditation. Assists with taking action to implement recommendations or correct deficiencies.

Product Procurement Specialist Our stylists are at the heart of our business—and the Product Procurement Specialist plays a critical role in supporting them to deliver exceptional client experiences. This highly collaborative role serves as support in a store to help our top sellers and personal stylists source merchandise for their top clients through all available channels – store to store, transfers, vendor direct, distribution centers, global fulfillment resources, and across banners (when applicable). This position requires a service-minded, detail-oriented individual with strong cross-functional communication skills and a deep understanding of product flow, vendor collaboration, and store operations. As a resourceful and relationship-driven Product Procurement Specialist, you will support our Personal Stylists in sourcing and securing merchandise from across our fleet of stores. Your role is critical to ensure that stylists have timely access to high-demand, high-value items for our clients. You are a self-starter with strong problem-solving skills, impeccable taste, and a collaborative mindset. This role reports to the Personal Stylist Program Manager and is a remote position.
