Electronic Assembler We are seeking an experienced electronic assembler to join our dynamic production team. As a key contributor, you will be responsible for assembling parts to create circuit boards for various electronic hardware. This role requires meticulous attention to detailto ensure quality and accuracy in the assembly process, including the possibility of soldering components depending on order specifications. Responsibilities • Assemble parts to form circuit boards for electronic hardware. • Check for quality errors and ensure precision in the assembly process. • Solder pieces to circuit boards as needed based on order requirements. Essential Skills • Experience in assembly or production-related activities. • Strong attention to detail, especially regarding quality and small components. • Ability to remain seated and focused at a workstation throughout the workday. Additional Skills & Qualifications • Proficiency in soldering and electronic repair. • Familiarity with electrical and electronic components. Why Work Here? Work Environment The facility is clean and climate-controlled, ensuring a comfortable work atmosphere. Each assembler will have their own workstation in an open production area, allowing visibility across the entire facility. The team consists of approximately 25-30 employees, fostering a supportive and friendly environment. The job operates on a first shift schedule, Monday through Friday from 7 AM to 3:30 PM. The attire is casual, with jeans, T-shirts, and closed-toed shoes. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Omaha, NE. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
