**POSITION SUMMARY:** Responsible for performing highly diversified duties as directed to install, troubleshoot, repair and/or maintain production and other facility equipment and systems either as needed or according to established schedules to support production and other company operations. **ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:** + Install and maintain production equipment and other facility equipment. + Provide emergency/unscheduled repair of production equipment during production time. + Perform regular preventative maintenance on equipment, machines and other systems within the facility. + Perform maintenance repairs including mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic and others appropriate to the task at hand. + Read and interpret equipment manuals, prints, diagrams, work orders and other documents to perform needed maintenance or service. + Diagnose problems, replace, or repair parts, test and make necessary adjustments. + Determines changes in dimensional requirements of parts by inspecting used parts; using rules, calipers, micrometers, and other measuring instruments. + Properly use a variety of hand and power tools, meters and other tools/equipment while performing duties. + Controls downtime by informing production workers of routine preventive maintenance techniques; monitoring compliance. + Fabricates repair parts by using machine shop instrumentation and equipment - includes Welding/Cutting/Grinding. + Experience and knowledge of machining equipment and the use of metal cutting lathe, mill and grinders. + Maintains equipment, parts & supplies inventories by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed equipment, parts, and supplies. + Maintains continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs. + Maintains safe\clean working environment by complying with procedures\rules\regulations. + Comply with all company policies with emphasis on those involving safety. + Perform other duties as assigned. + Shift: 3rd shift, 10pm-6:30am + High School diploma or GED. + Industrial Maintenance certificate or 5+ years' experience in general industrial maintenance. + Demonstrated knowledge of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic systems, and PLC. + Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics and related drawings and diagrams. + Computer experience. Microsoft Office preferred. + Demonstrated ability to analyze non-standard situations (troubleshoot) and implement effective actions, adjustments and/or repairs. + Experience with Fanuc robotic programming and troubleshooting preferred. POSITION SUMMARY The Director, OSM is a key leader within the Out-of-State Medicaid function responsible for driving performance, operational execution, and client outcomes across multiple teams. This role oversees Managers, Supervisors, and Revenue Specialists, ensuring alignment of day-to-day operations with departmental strategy, revenue targets, and client expectations. High School Diploma or GED required. • 7-10 years' experience in management or supervisory experience with team size of 10+. • 6+ years' experience in healthcare setting, information technology company or managed care industry, preferably in the area of Finance/Collections, Business Operations or Revenue Recovery. • Experience working with internal teams while serving in a client facing or client support role. • Knowledge and understanding of financials, HMO's, hospital revenue cycle process, ancillary and provider contract language and familiarity with healthcare and provider data sets. • Extensive level of understanding of insurance payer/provider claim processing and subsequent data requirements. • Must have strong computer proficiency and understand how to use basic office applications, including MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook). • Timely and regular attendance. • Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered • To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Qualifications • Must hold a valid state license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or psychologist. • A Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required, with preference given to candidates holding a Master's or Doctoral degree. • Demonstrated understanding of telehealth modalities and their application in therapeutic settings. • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to foster strong therapeutic relationships and collaborate effectively within a remote healthcare team. • Knowledge of evidence-based practices and therapeutic interventions suitable for a diverse population. • An aptitude for managing a varied caseload while meeting productivity standards and deadlines.
