Nashville Custom Woodwork is seeking an Experienced custom cabinet maker fluent in high-end cabinet production. Minimum of 10 years of experience with knowledge of face frame construction, material prep, and cabinet building. Must have the ability to read and interpret shop drawings. Must have experience in molder/shaper setup and running material for trims etc. Candidate also needs experience sanding and an eye for detail and quality craftsmanship. Some knowledge of finishing and installation will be quite helpful in executing the job of cabinet building. All tools furnished. Working well with others and adaptability are a must. Goo Goo Cluster Kitchen Production Team Members work under the direct supervision of the Assistant Kitchen Store Manager and Production Team Lead. This role requires the ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks efficiently. Responsibilities include but not limited to the following: People: Guest Experience and Team Building • Provide a pleasant and memorable experience to each guest personally representing Goo Goo Cluster's Core Values and Purpose. • Assist in providing an optimal guest experience including classes/events and overall day-to-day operations. • Ensure that “Design Your Own” experiences are delivered to the highest standards while making each interaction feel unique. • Excite guests about their custom creations by demonstrating a passion for chocolate production, clean working methodology and holding yourself to a high-quality standard. • Contribute to both individual and team targets set by the ASM and Team Lead. • Attend all training/informative sessions aimed at improving and reinforcing knowledge and understanding of company operations. • Demonstrate the ability to work with other team members and communicate effectively with a positive and patient attitude. • Take initiative in assisting other team members when necessary, including classes/events, “Design Your Own” operations, and running registers when needed during store operation hours. • Provide integrity, honesty, and knowledge that promotes the culture values, and purpose of Goo Goo Cluster. Operations: Production and Performance • Able to problem solve and use critical thinking when obstacles arise and able to plan, coordinate and execute production with limited supervision. • Ensure the efficient daily set up of workstations and equipment, as well as the end of the day general cleaning and monthly deep cleaning duties. • Monitor quality control of all products and ingredients by following recipes and instructions, maintaining proper date-coding procedures, inventory, stock rotation, and proper receiving and storing of delivered goods. • Ensure that all production conforms to health, food safety, and hygiene standards set by Goo Goo Chocolate Co. • Demonstrate the ability to meet physical requirements including standing, stooping, bending kneeling, lifting items to 50 pounds, and other physical activities. • Use safe work practices to eliminate slips, trips and falls. • Never operate equipment without proper training and knowledge and notify Kitchen ASM or Team Lead immediately of any damaged equipment, hazardous conditions, or unsafe behavior. Requirements: • Must have or obtain TABC server permit and Food Handlers Permit within 30 days of employment. • Ability to follow and execute recipes. • Basic mathematics, recipe measurement calculations and data entry capabilities are essential to be successful in this position. • Ability to lift to 50lbs.
