TheTrial Court Administrator is employed by the Idaho Supreme Court and is responsible for carrying out the Court's policies, mission, and goals and those administrative duties of the district court that are established by statute, local rule, or inherent power of the court (Idaho Court Administrative Rule 43). The Trial Court Administrator works under the general direction and supervision of the Administrative District Judge. Other Position Information: The First Judicial District is comprised of five counties, eight district judges (general jurisdiction), and fourteen magistrate judges (limited jurisdiction).
