Asphalt Paving Foreman – Job Description Position Summary Tinsley Asphalt seeks an experienced Paving Foreman to oversee daily paving and road construction operations, ensuring safety, efficiency, and quality. Key Responsibilities • Supervise and direct asphalt paving crews, laborers, equipment operators, and truck drivers. • Oversee asphalt laydown, compaction, grading, and traffic control activities. • Inspect completed work for uniformity, smoothness, density, and adherence to plans. Qualifications • 5+ years' Forman experience in asphalt paving is required. • Strong understanding of DOT and municipal paving standards. • Leadership skills with ability to motivate and direct crews.
