Full-Time Retail Sales Associate Position at First Cash Pawn We are currently looking for the right Full-Time Retail Sales Associate to join our Team! $13.00 to $16.00 per hour. We offer an easily achievable commission structure that pays you for every transaction you process!Our retail sales associates can earn UP TO 8% on transactions, which could average an additional $1.00 per hour ON TOP OF YOUR HOURLY RATE.
