Hirschbach Motor Lines is Seeking CDL-A Lease Purchase Drivers. Over The Road - Lease Purchase Contract with the Elite Fleet At Hirschbach, we believe professional drivers deserve to be rewarded for the work they do every day. That's why we're investing in our fleet with a total $.10 CPM pay increase for OTR Company and Lease drivers. The first increase takes effect in July, with an additional increase planned for Q4. Hourly rate ranges from $14.75 - $15.00 per hour and is dependent upon qualifications and experience.
