We're looking for an Associate Counsel to join our growing Legal team and help support the business behind some of the nation's most complex industrial electrical, technology, and manufacturing projects. Reporting to the General Counsel, you'll work alongside leaders across Sales, Operations, Project Management, Supply Chain, Human Resources, Finance, IT, Safety, and Executive Leadership to provide practical legal guidance that enables smart business decisions while managing risk. Whether you're an early-career attorney or a recent law school graduate looking to build an in-house legal career, this role offers broad exposure to commercial contracts, corporate matters, compliance, employment, intellectual property, construction, and strategic business initiatives—all while working directly with experienced legal leadership. What You'll Do • Provide practical legal guidance to business leaders and internal stakeholders on a variety of day-to-day legal matters. • Draft, review, negotiate, and revise commercial agreements, including customer contracts, vendor agreements, subcontracts, software and technology agreements, NDAs, and other business contracts. • Identify legal and business risks within agreements and recommend practical solutions that align with company objectives. • Support contract negotiations and help develop contract templates, playbooks, standard positions, and review procedures. • Conduct legal research and prepare written analyses, recommendations, and guidance for business and legal leadership. • Assist with legal matters involving corporate governance, compliance, employment, intellectual property, litigation, claims, insurance, real estate, and strategic business initiatives. • Monitor legal and regulatory developments affecting the business and assist with implementation of legal requirements. • Develop legal resources, policies, training materials, and internal documentation that improve consistency and efficiency. What You Bring • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school. • Licensed to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction or eligible to obtain admission in the applicable jurisdiction. • 0–3 years of legal experience preferred. Recent law school graduates are encouraged to apply. • Experience reviewing, drafting, or negotiating commercial contracts through a law firm, judicial clerkship, internship, legal clinic, or in-house legal department is preferred. • Coursework or experience in corporate, commercial, construction, employment, or intellectual property law is a plus. • Strong legal research, writing, analytical, negotiation, and organizational skills. • Strong judgment, attention to detail, integrity, and commitment to confidentiality. Call Center Representative – Medicaid Member Support Location: Remote-South Carolina (Mustreside within a 60-mile radius of Columbia, SC) Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour Employment Type: Full-time Shift Information: 40 hours per week Job Summary: We're hiring a Call Center Representative-Medicaid Member Support, where you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and resolving complex customer inquiries. In this position, you will handle escalated customer issues, provide high-quality service support in a fast-paced call center environment. Your assistance will make a positive difference in the organization you support. You will be able to provide successful administration and resolve inquiries and deliver positive customer experience while meeting performance goals. Key Responsibilities: • Using a computerized system, responds to South Carolina Medicaid member inquiries in a call center environment using standard scripts and procedures. • Gathers information, assesses caller needs, researches, and resolves inquiries, and document calls. • Provides clear and concise information regarding member eligibility, along with assisting callers with completing their Medicaid applications and providing updates on their application status. • Follows documented policies and procedures including call handling and escalations. • Overall acts as an advocate for Medicaid members to ensure their needs are met. • Navigate across multiple computer screens while accessing and reviewing information from various applications. • Utilizes 5 systems to gather information and document up to 3 systems Required Qualifications: • Must be 18 years of age or older. • Have a High School Diploma or an equivalent of education required. • Must be able to submit to a pre-employment screening. • Have legal authorization to work permanently in the United States without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship. • Customer service or call center experience preferred. • Must pass the Call Center – Service Skills Assessment and Internet Speed test. • A minimum of 1-year call center experience in telephone customer service or related experience. • Computer literacy and ability to use multiple programs and navigate multiple screens. • Comfortable working within established processes and procedures.   Preferred Qualifications: • Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills. • Experience handling escalated customer concerns and complex issues. • Positive and energetic attitude. • Ability to communicate clearly and confidently. • Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively. • Proficiency in navigating multiple systems and maintaining accurate documentation. • Attestation to detail, grammar, and spelling accuracy. • One year of medical insurance or medical office experience, preferred. • Computer system experience with data entry and database documentation knowledge. • Previous call center or customer service experience. • Experience handling inbound customer support calls.   What We Offer: • Pay Rate is $16.00 per hour (Bi-weekly pay), which may be your state's minimum wage.
