Position Overview Peaden is seeking a Part-Time Evening Dispatcher to support our service operations during peak evening hours. This role requires someone who is self-sufficient and dependable, experienced in ServiceTitan, skilled at making quick, confident decisions, calm under pressure, and an excellent communicator. You will be responsible for evaluating service calls, prioritizing urgency, and dispatching the right technician to the right job - ensuring an exceptional customer experience. Schedule • Part-Time 5:00 PM 10:00 PM CST Evening shift Required Qualifications (Non-Negotiable) • 3+ years of hands-on experience using ServiceTitan • 2+ years of dispatching experience in the home services industry • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Ability to think quickly and make sound decisions in real time • High attention to detail • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Key Responsibilities • Evaluate incoming service calls and prioritize based on urgency • Dispatch the appropriate technician to each job • Communicate detailed, accurate job information to field technicians • Update customers on technician arrival times and progress • Document and manage service calls within ServiceTitan • Maintain clear communication between technicians, CSRs, and management • Participate in ongoing training and development Equipment Provided • Company-provided laptop • Company-provided headset What We Offer • Competitive pay based on experience • Medical, dental, and vision insurance • Company-paid long-term disability and life insurance • PTO starting your first day • Paid holidays after 90 days • Paid parental leave after 1 year • 401(k) with company match • A team-oriented, family culture Who Succeeds in This Role?
