Customer Service Associate (CSA) As a Customer Service Associate (CSA) you are the friendly face that puts the 'Wow' in Wawa by greeting and serving our customers. What You'll Do: • Greet and engage with customers to ensure their needs are met both quickly and courteously. • Prepare food items such as our delicious breakfast items, built-to-order sandwiches, specialty beverages, and pizzas as well as keeping our coffee station clean and organized. • Operate the cash register, handle payments, activate fuel and gift cards, as well as assist with lottery and ID verification for age-restricted products. • Ensure our stores are well-stocked and that our shelves remain fresh, full, and inviting. • Help keep our stores clean and safe by following all established policies, procedures, and guidelines. • Complete store housekeeping duties including cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, emptying trash, and more. The hourly range for this position is $15.50 - $19.25 and is commensurate with position, experience, and location. Associates in this position will receive a $1.50 shift differential for hours worked between 12am - 6am. Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include: • Graduate from an accredited Practical or Vocational Nursing Program • Current Ohio license as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) • One year of clinical experience as a Professional Nurse in an acute setting. • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) or the American Red Cross • Valid Ohio driver's license and proof of automobile insurance coverage with $100,000/$300,000 coverage • Knowledge of JCAHO and Medicare standards and regulations Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include: • Infusion experience • Hospice experience Physical Requirements: • Requires full range of motion, manual and finger dexterity and eye-hand coordination. • Requires standing and walking for extensive periods of time. • Requires corrected hearing and vision to normal range. • Requires some exposure to communicable disease or bodily fluids. • Medium Work - Exerting 20 to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 10 to 25 pounds of force frequently, and/or greater than negligible up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects. • Physical Demand requirements are in excess of those for Light Work. • Must be ambulatory and able to drive to patients' homes, able to climb stairs, pull, push, and facilitate movement of the patient. • Must be able to read, write and communicate with patients.
