As a Merchandiser, you can service various products, conduct resets, product cut-ins, returns, POP placement and other general merchandising activities. This position is responsible for cleaning, detailing, reconditioning, and preparing vehicles for customer delivery and lot presentation standards. Compensation is production-based under a flat-rate pay structure. Earnings may vary depending on productivity, efficiency, experience, and workflow volume.
