Customer Service & Data Entry Associate • Core business hours: 8:00 AM - 6:30 PM CST • Weekly schedule assigned by leadership team • Flexibility required due to rotating responsibilities Job Summary We are seeking a Customer Service & Data Entry Associate to support a fast-paced, multi-channel customer support environment. This role involves a combination of data entry, customer service, order processing, and light retail support. The position supports both business-to-business (B2B) and business-to-consumer (B2C) customers across multiple product lines, including optical and specialty retail products. In this role, you will assist customers with product selection and purchasing, process orders, resolve issues, and ensure accurate recordkeeping and exceptional service delivery. Some responsibilities will also include in-person customer interaction in a retail/pro shop environment.
