Food Runner The Food Runner is responsible for ensuring that all items are delivered to guests quickly and correctly. Responsibilities: • Interact with guests with a warm smile and energetic greeting and ensure that their needs are met. • Deliver all orders to the correct guests and verify with the guests that their orders are correct before leaving the table. • Ask guests if there is anything else they need and if so, graciously get it for them and ensure that they are satisfied. • Monitor all side stations to ensure that they are stocked and clean and available for guest use. • Interact with Expo and other team members in a positive and helpful manner to ensure a positive environment in the restaurant. • Other related responsibilities. Requirements and Experience: Previous experience in a guest or customer facing position preferred, but not necessary. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability and willingness to smile and interact in a genuinely energetic, warm, and attentive manner towards guests and co-workers. Excellent communication skills in order to interact effectively with guests and coworkers. Ability to work in a high energy, fast paced environment.
