Remote Customer Service - Bilingual Bring your customer service skills to this role & enjoy working from home! Doherty Staffing Solutions is partnering with a leading company in Minnesota based in a call center where you will be handling high volume inbound and outbound calls via chat, email, and phone. We are also hiring for a Bilingual English/French Customer Service Rep for this role! Please see details below: What You'll Do: • Responsible for assisting participants with inquiries for our client programs (contact may be in the form of phone calls, e-mail or chat) • Effectively communicate with customers, co-workers, and management • High accountability for providing excellent customer service • Provide professionalism and signature service to both internal and external customers • Provide quality professional customer service through the handling of inbound/outbound calls, chats, and emails for the following inquiries: • Place orders, check shipping, order research • Check account or certificate balances or account transactions • Returns/damage/defective claims or lost shipments • Communicate program rules and program information to customers • Catalog support questions • Additional product/rules clarification • Navigate customers through basic website technical support • Work with suppliers • Problem resolution through online research What You Need to Bring: • Responsible for assisting participants with inquiries for our client programs (contact may be in the form of phone calls, e-mail, or chat) • Must be bilingual in French or Spanish • Call Center Experience - must have made 50+ inbound and 50+ outbound calls • Effectively communicate with customers, co-workers, and management • Must be able to read, speak and write in English • High accountability for providing excellent customer service • Provide professionalism and signature service to both internal and external customers • Provide quality professional customer service through the handling of inbound/outbound calls, chats, and emails for inquiries related to orders, accounts, shipments, program rules, catalog support, technical support, supplier questions, and more Enjoy weekly pay, access to health coverage options through Benefits in a Card (including preventative and minimum value plans), and temp-to-hire opportunities for long-term stability where applicable.
