Seeking qualified contractors, the remote Dealer Comms Claims Processor will review, troubleshoot, and process warranty claims for dealership partners, ensuring accurate documentation and providing exceptional customer service during Monday to Friday shifts.Key ResponsibilitiesReview and process dealership warranty reimbursement claims with accuracyProvide support through inbound calls and chats, addressing dealership personnel inquiriesResolve claim issues through effective communication and follow-up with dealershipsRequired QualificationsHigh School Graduate (bachelor's degree or higher preferred)3 years of automotive repair experience1+ years of knowledge of vehicle mechanics1 year of customer service experience in a support-focused environment
