Position Overview The Delivery Driver is responsible for transporting product to customer locations within a 250-mile radius of the Richardson, TX facility. This position requires compliance with all applicable DOT regulations, as well as state, federal, and local transportation laws. The role involves physical assistance with unloading as needed, maintaining vehicle documentation, and coordinating routes with the Logistics Coordinator. What you'll do * Operation of commercial 40ft Gooseneck Trailers via new model Dodge Ram 3500 Trucks * Communication with Company Dealers prior to delivery time and updating delivery times during route * Navigation throughout the assigned Delivery Zone * Optimizing Delivery BOL and Stop schedule based on experience * Heavy lifting of product at times 60lbs+, helping dealers to unload shipments * Being away from home on average, 4 nights per week (Hotel stay paid by Universal Screens, no sleeping in trucks) * Vehicle documentation and coordination with maintenance provider to keep vehicles operational * All other duties as assigned Who you are * High school diploma or GED preferred. * Must possess a valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL). * Valid Driver's License * Clean Driving Record * 3 Year Driving Record * Gooseneck Trailer Experience * Background And Drug Test * Ability to lift 60lbs+ * Able to Travel 4-5 Days (Out of Town) Per Week What's in it for you? * Annual base salary range: $25/hr hourly. * Generous benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life, disability * A company culture that prioritizes internal development and professional growth * Time off with pay * 401(k) plan with a degree of employer matching * Paid parental leave * Wellness programs and product discounts Please note, all offers presented to candidates are carefully crafted to ensure market competitiveness, equity, and reflect the individual candidate's education, experience, skills and potential.
