The individual may be a trained and Qualified Individual in job functions that support the Food Safety Plan Critical Control Points and Preventive Controls such as product cooker temperature recording, metal detection operator, assisting in equipment cleaning, and label verification.ResponsibilitiesINSPECTOR* Carefully looks at raw materials, processed, and frozen precooked pasta at various processing steps to ensure it meets our standards of quality.
