Job Description Position Purpose: Associates in Store Support positions are responsible for a variety of non-sales functions. This may include ensuring an outstanding customer order fulfillment experience, assisting customers in the lot or providing administrative services. Direct customer or vendor interaction is sometimes required for these positions. Whether directing customers to store departments or merchandise, answering customer questions on product order status, handling cash management or program compliance, these positions play a critical role in ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. Individuals in these positions must work cooperatively with other Associates, vendors, carriers, and productively with little/some supervision, be detail-oriented, and have proven time management skills. They must demonstrate a high level of integrity at all times, respond to operational concerns of all associates and remain focused on store specific business objectives while supporting key operational responsibilities. Specific positions may include: Office Associate, Order Fulfillment Associate, Lot Associate, and Customer Service Representative. Dish Room And Cafeteria Sanitation Responsible for sanitation, cleanliness and operation of the dish room and cafeteria. Job Duties • Demonstrates IWCC's core mission, vision and values • Enforce the guidelines, policies, and procedures set by the Food ServiceDepartment • In charge of the sanitation of all dishes, glassware, catering equipment, pots/pans, small ware, and utensils to be cleaned • Responsible for the use of chemicals according to the MSDS and dish machine to ensure that proper procedures are being used and temperatures are being maintained for sanitation measures • Responsible for putting away of all dishes, glassware, catering equipment, pots/pans, small wares, and utensils in their proper location • Responsible for the cleaning and sanitation of all tables in the cafeteria • Responsible for the cleaning and sanitation of all carts on a daily basis • Responsible for garbage removal and cleaning of the garbage receptacles • Responsible for mopping and cleaning of all spills and debris on the floors of the Food Service department • Responsible for ensuring the cleanliness of all mobile carts in the food service department at all times • Responsible for the proper washing and sanitation of catering items to ensure no damage is occurring with these special items • Responsible for timely completion of any further cleaning tasks as assigned by FSM or Head Chef • Maintain a strong professional relationship with the Culinary Arts department • Attend industry-related conferences, workshops and seminars as appointed by the Food Service Manager • Immediately report and malfunctioning or broken equipment/small wares to FSM or Head Chef • Regular, prompt & reliable attendance • Perform other related duties as assigned Qualifications • High school diploma or GED • Enthusiastic and dedicated to the challenges of helping other people • Ability to function collaboratively as part of a fast-paced, customer oriented team • Professional in communications, appearance, relationships, and responsiveness • Positive attitude • Ability to pass a background check Physical Demands • The employee frequently is required to stand for extended periods of time and use hands to operate the equipment • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear • Ability to lift up to 30lbs
