Providing exceptional service to Dental and Vision inbound callers, the full-time Remote Customer Care Representative will assist with eligibility, benefit coverage, claims, and provider location inquiries while working a flexible schedule that includes occasional evenings and weekends.Key responsibilitiesAssist callers with inquiries regarding eligibility, benefit coverage, authorizations, and claimsUtilize knowledge of claim adjustments to resolve provider requests and provide feedback on high-level claim issuesSupport enrollment activities and act as a liaison between the organization and client Member Services staffRequired qualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent1+ years of customer service experience in healthcare, call center, banking, or retailBasic knowledge of Microsoft Office productsAbility to work occasional overtime as neededUnderstanding of dental, vision, and/or medical insurance terminology is preferred
