Introduction to Role Unique Dental Scheduling is a remote call center. You will have back-to-back calls throughout your entire shift, immediately navigating from one caller to the next to efficiently schedule appointments for our clients. We expect accuracy in appointment scheduling, data entry, and information shared with both patient and client - and we set you up for success with our continuing training and professional development. Calls are measured in accordance with traditional call center statistics. For example, (AHT) your average time spent on a call, (Conversion) how often you are able to schedule a patient, and (Adherence) meeting the minimum time spent on the phones. (IF DENTAL EXPERIENCE): If you have experience with dental or medical, you get to enjoy the patient interaction by assisting them schedule their needed appointments; however, we are unable to give clinical advice over the phone. An added bonus is that paperwork, physical requirements, and typical job functions for an office/clinical setting do not apply. Equipment and training will be provided. A strong internet connection is required. Our full-time shift availability includes Monday Friday, mid-day and evenings. We also have part-time flexible schedules available. Our agents' schedules are the same week after week for our employees' convenience and consistency. Traits of Successful Candidates • Multitasking • Computer savvy (including typing speed of 40wpm) • Eagerness to assist • Excellent customer service • Reliability • Excellent use of English language • Fluency in Spanish highly preferred Essential Duties and Responsibilities • Answer calls within 3 seconds or less. • Complete a standard call within 5 minutes. • Provide excellent patient care/customer service at all times. • Manage time efficiently while both on and off the phones. • Prioritize tasks/calls in order of importance. • Respond cooperatively to constructive criticism. • MUST be able to ensure a distraction free work environment Education/Experience Requirements • High school diploma or equivalent required • 2 year post high school education preferred • 1-2 years customer service experience required; phone-based highly preferred Additional Requirements • Must have high-speed internet connection. • Must pass a pre-employment background screen. • Must successfully pass ALL pre-employment assessments. • Must provide two work references with their current contact information at time of the interview. Available Schedules • Full-time: Mon-Fri, flexible schedules between 10:00am EST - 9:00pm EST. • Part-time: Mon-Fri or Tues-Sat, flexible schedules between 10:00am EST - 8:00pm EST. About this role As a Product Training Specialist, you will be responsible for providing training and support to develop and grow Carrier distribution throughout North America. This position will require travel (1-2 weeks a month) to Carrier Distributors to educate their employees and customers on the design, installation, and maintenance of the i-Vu® solutions we offer. There will also be training that is conducted at the Training Center in Kennesaw, GA for the Carrier channel. The ideal candidate will be located in Kennesaw, GA ,but this position can be located anywhere in the United States. Key Responsibilities • Perform training for various levels of users, installers, and engineers of Carrier's i-Vu® control system, hardware, and software. • Create an open learning atmosphere for students of all HVAC, DDC, and energy management levels • Comprehend and develop task-based exercises around highly technical content Basic Qualifications • High School or GED • 3+ years of experience in presenting, educating, or training in a technical industry or 3+ year's of experience with Carrier i-Vu, Automated Logic WebCTRL, or other control systems, • 1 week travel per month within the United States • Valid Driver License Preferred Qualifications • Training experience in HVAC, Building Automation Systems, or DDC (Direct Digital Controls) field • Understand the equipment used in a control system i.e., Hardware, Networks and Software and comfortable with technical subject matter • Understand mechanical, electrical, and lighting systems that commercial controls would interact with • Demonstrated experience in hosting complex learning solutions • English written and verbal communication skills • Spanish or French will be an advantage • Professionalism and credibility • Problem-solving and business acumen skills • Consulting capability with solid interpersonal, presentation and facilitation skills • Coaching and mentoring others and challenge/influence peers and customers • Understand instructional design theories, methodologies and best practices; i.e., interactive teaching methods and speak proficiently to an audience • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint) • Project management skills and deadline orientated • Utilize Learning Management Systems (LMS) for eLearning distribution • Carrier i-Vu® or Automated Logic WebCTRL® product specific knowledge and application knowledge • Ability to take lessons and show a "real world" correlation to the task and be hands-on Pay Range The annual salary for this position is between $79,000.00 - $158,000.00 annually.
