Document Fulfillment Specialist Ampcus Inc. is a certified global provider of a broad range of Technology and Business consulting services. We are in search of a highly motivated candidate to join our talented team. Location(s): Urbandale, IA Job Purpose Under general supervision perform various mail and document distribution processes. Essential Functions Provides impact of each action by indicating percentage of time spent performing the functions. Regular and predictable attendance is a required function of this position. • Perform various tasks and operate equipment within the department. Work produced with high quality and timely delivery. Receive and process work requests from various entry points. Correctly transfer work to the next production step. 60%. • Mentor new hires and less experienced staff. Cross train on other equipment and functions within the department. 15%. • Track, record and document work processed through automated and manual systems. 10%. • Utilize appropriate equipment, tools, systems and resources efficiently and effectively to complete work. 10%. • Perform other job-related duties or special projects as required. 5%. Requirements • Provide prompt, courteous, and excellent service at an acceptable cost to all customers, operate ethically by State and Federal law, the company's Corporate Code of Ethics, Affirmative Action, Diversity, employee handbook, applicable compliance and operations policies and procedures and other policies of the company. • Possess a high degree of integrity and actively cooperate and interact with all entities of the Organization. • High school degree or equivalent plus 2-4 years related experience required. • Ability to maintain confidentiality required. • Attention to detail and ability to follow documented procedures and verbal instructions required. • May be required to work in multiple buildings of the Corporate Campus. • Basic computer skills required. • Must handle or work with materials handling equipment and may be required to attain safety certifications. • May be required to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. and pull or push up to 400 lbs. • Position may involve bending, walking and/or standing for long periods. • Overtime beyond 40 hours, per week may be required. • Weekend or evening work may be required. • Position requires successful completion of a credit history check. Shift Timings: • 3:45 AM 12:15 PM (30-minute lunch). • 5:00 AM 1:30 PM (30-minute lunch). • 7:00 AM 3:30 PM (30-minute lunch) (flexibility to start between 7 am-8 am). Warehouse Workers are responsible for building pallets, picking orders, loading delivery trucks, unloading incoming shipments, moving product throughout the warehouse, and using pallet jacks or forklifts to transport products. Employees must follow company safety procedures, warehouse guidelines, and productivity standards to ensure orders are prepared accurately and on time. This position typically pays $18 to $26 per hour, with opportunities for overtime pay, overnight shift differential pay, weekend pay, and attendance or performance bonuses depending on location and shift.Warehouse Workers are responsible for picking orders using pick sheets or handheld scanners, building pallets, shrink-wrapping pallets, loading trucks, unloading deliveries, organizing inventory, cleaning work areas, and maintaining warehouse organization.
